Sacred Honor

Years ago in my youth while reading the Declaration of Independence the last two words “Sacred Honor” jumped out at me like a lightening bolt and why would the founders of America, place that on an equal footing of importance with their very lives and fortunes. It was at that time certain that I realized I didn’t know what they meant, nor if I even possessed such a thing as my own sacred honor and how and where does one acquire such a personally valued thing.

I set out on a quest to see if others questioned could explain what sacred honor meant to them and if they understood it in the same way, with the same degree of importance as our founders did. What I got was almost as varied as snow flakes from those I questioned. From some with strong religious faith, it was meant the same as the swearing of “so help me God’ in a court of law or pledge while still others thought of it as the honor of trust or responsibility bestowed on them by overall society that they viewed as sacred.

As I grew older I became convinced that they were talking about truth, honesty and commitment not so much as it related to overall society but to ones own accumulated over time, “objective convictions” regarding their own individual selves. (Being true to ones, own self) living up to their own personal standards as established over time, completely absent what might be called self deceit. This I concluded by reading their own personal writings.

The difference between public and personal where the personal was of paramount value that was not necessarily in tandem with public perceptions like the difference between a patriot or sunshine patriot that is the sacred honor they placed on par with life and/or fortune which can only be found within.

Woe be-it onto the Americans of today that have no Sacred Honor on par with our founding fathers, but wallow only in the perceptions of and self deceit of faux public honors. GAP

The Hallmark of Freedom is Liberty

What’s all the current political controversy in America among the average citizens all about some may ask, while others say, Democrats, Republicans, the rich, the poor, jobs, spending, immigration, wars, Islam, corruption, rights, etc.. But all those things are but smoke clouding the minds of both those that consider themselves; as liberal or conservative and they both view themselves as Patriots.

Like the old adage from the railroad industry “stop, look, listen” modern Americans have discarded the reason behind the words, while remembering the words only as old hat that does not apply anymore because we modern men/women are intellectually beyond such admonitions.

Black Americans today equate slavery as the opposite of freedom, yet when given freedom without the liberty to individually exercise that freedom held them under the thumb and whims of the political élites, and all the rest of America has adopted the same point of view. It is not the words that matter but the true historical meaning and understanding of them when we use them.

Anarchy benefits only the physically strong or those that can amass power through the collective. The collective benefits only those that rank among the elite, on the backs of the majority.

In the lead up to America's original revolution; the call from the overwhelming majority was not for freedom from Great Britain; it was for “LIBERTY” we were already free, but freedom without liberty from the controlling civil authority, means only limited slavery as apposed to full fledged slavery like that imposed on most of America's blacks at the time. Individual liberty was at the very root purpose of our Constitution by limiting government as to its power to curtail or restrict our liberty to exercise our rights and freedoms given not by government but by our creator.

In today’s modern America the same issue of “LIBERTY” is the motivating factor behind the so called TEA PARTY movement even though many among them don’t realize it and focus on the smoke.

Freedom & Liberty

In America three words standout in difference between each other, “Freedom”, “Liberty” and “rights”. This is no small matter as they apply to every individual that makes up our society. The more people having differing views of these words the more we disenfranchise each others place in our society.

“RIGHTS”; Are prerequisite to our birth as humans and no authority created by man in this world, has the “RIGHT” to diminish or enhance them as they apply only to individuals, not! groups in society.

“FREEDOM”; Equates as to its opposite “slavery”, where others assume the civil power do dictate every aspect of you individual life in society and you have no say in the matter other than your human right to rebel against them, you may lose, or you may gain your freedom but the question remains at what cost to you, asserting your right to rebel.

Mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed---declaration of independence

took place it gave freedom to the slaves but didn’t mandate it’s co-partner “liberty” and when we finally did enforce liberty it was called group civil rights which is not compatible with our Constitutional system of government which is founded on liberty of individuals not groups!

Our failure to educate our own people as to the supremacy of our Constitution and the men, who so painstakingly crafted it, was and still is the only thing that has the capacity to destroy our way of life which will set all mankind on a collision course with the past failures of man. GAP

Of the people, by the people, for the people!!

Abraham Lincoln expressed with words the sum-total of the principles of Americans’ Constitutional government with; “of the people, by the people, for the people” within his Gettysburg address. His summary to Americas’ future has been forever after parsed and twisted by every succeeding generation, which has rendered it meaningless in present day America. Only the few enlightened citizens understood it, while at the same time everyone that heard or read the Gettysburg address knew it meant something most profound.

Please allow me to explain; when the founders crafted our Constitution, the words they used could not be used to explain the intention (intent) behind their express usage without turning the document itself into a long story of explanations. That is why many of the founders wrote and spoke extensively before, during and after crafting the Constitution in order to explain in long form the intent behind every aspect of it, thus the document was the law of the land, not the explanations or intent for those laws, those can only be found in the writings and words of the founders themselves.

To assist in explanation lets look at the words “regulate interstate commerce” within the context of the Constitution, commerce means; “business traffic”. It does not mean the business itself only the interstate trade and traffic of that business. The word commerce has been twisted to mean regulating the business, including the process of manufacture and/or the services of the business. When one reads what the founders had to say and why that clause was included, its intent becomes clear. It was put into the Constitution to prevent any one State from taking unjust advantage of any other State because of any factors not available to them like a sea port or mfg. base verses farming.

Example; if you lived in a State that had oil resources, you could not charge the citizens of other states more for your oil than you charge the citizens of your own state, cost of transport excluded of course. Thus the commerce clause does not give the federal government absolute authority over how, what, where, when and why of any of the peoples business without showing just interstate cause for such intrusion of federal authority, and the federal government would otherwise be impudent as to the peoples business. While I’m at it I might also say that a State to tell a business in their State, like an insurance company, they cannot sell that insurance in any other State is likewise unconstitutional as a condition to operate within it. In the plain language of Lincoln, it’s all about of, by and for the people not of, by and for Government State or federal.

The final part of understanding Lincoln's of, by and for the people is this; American government was intended to never compete civilly with any private business period and to do civilly only that, that the people could not to for themselves, not those things the people didn't want to do, but just couldn't do . That included even police, fire, parks & recreation, water, electric etc. only the military was exclusive along with weights &; measures and coinage post offices and roads, the courts etc. all else was to be of the people, by the people, for the people. Human Nature an Overview

Once you’re in the forest you can no longer see the forest because of all the trees, which in reality means the closer you get, the less ability you have to take in the overall picture. This is the proposition contained here which is to step back away from things in order to get the whole picture or in other words take a less subjective view in favor of a more objective view.
The founders of America had a more thorough view of human nature and understanding over the whole spectrum, than Jesus Christ himself, because of a larger view over the entire world of mankind’s experienced history. This broader view of human nature was the primary guiding factor in the development of our Constitution. This is why our unique guiding documents as a society have made such a marked impact on the entire world over the last 230 + years. At no time in the entire history of man has reason prevailed over human nature to enlighten mankind than during the founding period in America. Reason, had risen to the top and accordingly human nature must bring it down. There is no alternative to fully reasoned human pursuits!
Human nature follows a set pattern of behavior and one of those patterns is to bring down that or who and what is at the top level of any and all human endeavors. The mighty or successful must always fall syndrome regardless of reason, simply because they or it are at the top. Barnum was correct about human nature when he said there’s a sucker born every minute and that sucker is born of our human nature. The enlighten way of true human progress is not to bring down the top levels of human endeavors at any given time, but through reason to exceed them thus rendering them down, thus making a new top level, that’s true progress.
Within a truly free society of man; all men/women as individuals are with equality under the laws not equality of their conditions. The individual that is a freeloader on any society only drags that society down as whole. It is to those according to their ability regardless of wants or needs. And it is always through the coercive collective and conspiratorial power of divisive groups that have historically destroyed many civilizations good or bad from within. As individuals we have freedom of association which means the individual has the right not to associate with those they chose for any reason, and we cannot legally have an association imposed upon us by law. The preeminence of the individual is always paramount without which freedom and liberty are curtailed.
Human nature has a benevolent side as well as the socially sinister side and within any free society that benevolence will always fall on those with needs that they cannot or will not provide for themselves, and should never rise to the level of legal rights which are ripe for abuse by the sinister side of our human nature.
When ever an organized group or business becomes so large that if it collapsed it would impose a huge burden on the whole of a society it must be broken up into its continuant parts, that includes the government bureaucracy so as to minimize the impact of its failure on the whole of society. No part, private or governmental should ever be allowed to become too big to fail. This principal was touched on in the Constitution in several ways one was the separation of powers the others were in regards to the number of constituents represented by a single Congressman and the representation of a state entity by a single Senator. No single individual is capable of faithfully representing millions of individuals to a governing body.
Today a return to those enlightened constitutional principals would go a long way toward recovering the sick society we Americans suffer within, wrecked by our own human nature!

On Constitutional fidelity #1

The founding fathers knew that when it came to representatives that no one man/woman could represent with equal justice beyond a certain number that they fixed at thirty thousand in article I of the Constitution. Today that number has been increased unconstitutionally to 600,000. The congress does not have the authority short of a constitutional amendment to change the number of constituents in congressional districts. And even if done by the amendment process it would constitute usurpation (change) not an amendment. The net effect is to weaken the influence on our governmental representatives of each citizen by 2000%.

Considering the technical advances in transportation and communications changing (usurpation) of the number originally written into law, would and should be seen as justified, but not by that large of percentage increase.

The fewer congressional seats makes for easier influence and control of our overall house of representatives by a cabal, like unelected members of political parties or other collectives like unions and ethnicity pimps.

Gerrymandering of the shape of congressional districts to favor one group or another is not constitutional; they should be done by a grid to near equality of citizens (ethnicity or social status or condition not applicable) not populace which counts non-citizens also.

Comprehensive laws are not in accordance w/ constitutional intent, where all laws and regulations was to be clear and unambiguous in its intent and able to be understood by ordinary men/women without the need of legal counsel to interpret them. (Or write them for that matter)

All of the points made here, “are” or have been fundamental changes of American government, and no where does the Constitution give any authority to elected officials of government to make fundamental changes to our American form of government.

Also the States would be constitutionally wise if they limited population of large cities by creating city districts with separated political powers (Mayors, councils etc.) just like breaking up large corps to eliminate the to big to fail syndrome getting rid of the so called boroughs, like the five boroughs of New York city would then become five separate cities.

The Constitution Defined

Ask yourself this question; who better to define in detail an object or work than the creator or creators of it? Yet every generation of man thinks he is smarter and has arrived at a higher intellectual plane, and knows better than those who preceded them. When in self-evident truth those in the present can know thru documented history of events but cannot understand them, so we imagine, based on faulty and fragmented data to arrive at a resolve of cause and effect even to the degree we think we understand the thoughts of our predecessors. In plain language we know of events from the past but they do not add to our individual understanding in the present, so we make it up and quite extreme in many instances and the more distant in the past the more we mystify it, that’s how myths are born.

The Constitution was designed as a limiting document on government, and the people that are within it. It was written in plain English and needs no interpretation. And to top it off, if by chance there is a question or doubt of any particular part, the founders, the very men that created it, gave us in their own individual writings specific detailed definition and explanation to every part and parcel of it without contradiction, more so than the disciples writings of Christ’s words and actions.

This leaves all decisions regarding American law strictly held to the standards set forth as uniquely American and exclusionary of all other world bodies of authority. No treaty, agreement, or otherwise commitment by the officials of the

United States

holds the force of law within our sovereign boundaries outside the strictest adherence of our Constitution.

There is no left or right of the Constitution, only left or right in the minds of politicians or individual groups, with no legal way to apply them without violating the basic laws laid down within it. This is why socialism or any and all form of collective groups within American society has no legal standing; they are all outside American law. This is if we intend to maintain fidelity to our founding as the most unique Nation to grace the face of this earth.

Reconciled

The key to Americas’ future is Americas’ past, reconciled!

America

is the only country on earth where politics is inseparable from civil and social life they are one and the same by law. Where there cannot be a political and a separate civil/social existence for any single individual. The only separate individual status that exists is “political” or “private” under our founding principals.

We don’t have politicians and civilians we as citizens are all politicians’ and vice/versa, the less we understand that the more we become alienated from one another like foreigners’.

It is not within the powers of our human nature to live in harmony with our enemies’ side by side in social intercourse without constant clashes with those who wish us ill.

Our system of governance is not mineable to any other political system and our political development must always remain within the boundaries set forth or break apart. But by breaking apart we are no longer America but lost in the jungle of the savage human nature that dominates all other nations on earth, and that always places the individual in direct servitude to others as apposed to serving our fellow man by first serving ourselves which is the way of our history and it has been shown by it, to the benefit of all others over this earth..

When out of personal and/or individual necessity one person develops a better mouse trap, does that not benefit all men? Such was the thinking of Benjamin Franklin and his lighting rod and we must be able to reconcile his wisdom with the people of the present.

Men/women who don’t think in terms of what is in there own best interest don’t think at all they simple react subjectively like all of the lower forms of life on earth.

Americans of the past always had the mental attitude in life that says “damn the torpedoes full speed ahead” but this attitude is not strictly held because we are Americans, but that here in America there were a lot less torpedoes than in other countries interfering with the ingenuity of man through collective servitude.

If and when Americans seek to reconcile our thinking with the men and women of our earliest history and founding we will once again say “damn the torpedoes full speed ahead”

Smart Vs Intelligent

Consider this self analysis; are you smart or are you intelligent? Only you can draw that conclusion as a self judgment, and it can only be conclusively understood if you can separate you’re ego from your self deliberations.

All the so called experts actually think they can tell the difference and even measure your IQ, or make no distinction between the two terms (Smart, Intelligent) which by any intelligent analysis is “neither” it’s just plain ignorant.

Every average person is smart, the degree of which can be tested by the amount of things you have knowledge of or about, but can only be tested by what is considered normal everyday knowledge, where “you” may have extensive knowledge out side the norm, otherwise one would have to take 100s of specially focused tests. which means, you are your own best judge of your own quantity of knowledge.

Intelligence is a whole different ball of wax because everyone has intelligence which is not knowledge but the application of and internal analysis of, the knowledge you have acquired at any given point in your life. The recalling of the knowledge you have is not intelligence, which is just regurgitation of data, intelligence is in the developed talent of processes and analysis, on the sum of that knowledge.

The more knowledge you have the better and more reliable you’re intelligence you can be, but this is the catch, you may have never learned how to analyze your own knowledge in order to draw an intelligent conclusion, and all you can do is spout data minus intelligent analysis of it. (For practical proposes called “thought”) the thoughtless expressions of knowledge are not intelligent thought. Like; you can baffle others with knowledge, but you can enlighten them with your intelligence.

All this is what is popularly known as critical thinking which most people only use at work that requires it, seldom in their day to day lives and those who take no responsibility to themselves and theirs don’t use critical thinking at all, while understanding is the sum of intelligence.

The best measure I know of to measure the intelligence used by others is by testing their egos the more egotistical the less intelligent the individual. Way too many graduates from our schools have egos to match the dollars spent to educate them need I say more.

Well I will; intelligence does not just happen it has to be used and used often, practice does make one more intellectual but to brag on it only makes one ignorant and egotistical. Oh, and a true intellectual is not afraid to publicly admit when he/she doesn’t know of or about something but is eager to learn more about it always.

Re-establishment of Justice

No matter the number of laws created; without uniform nonbiased enforcement the entire legal system is a charade at the mercy of the very human nature it is intended to control. (In Government)

The entire enforcement arms of our justice system should be placed under the control of the chief justice of the Supreme Court with oversight authority by the House of Representatives except in cases involving its own members. This refocus of justice on the political rather than the general body of citizens was the intent of the people regarding their sovereignty from the abuses of government incased in our original constitution.

The character of our society (The people) establishes the moral, social and civil justice outside the manipulation of government political theorists’ and within the laws of conscience. The people are capable of self governance without interference from elitists social or political, but become helpless under their thumbs and unconstitutional laws.

The preceding is exactly what the founders intended as amendments, as apposed to the gaming of our Constitution which is what we have been doing to our basic system of self governance since day one.

Every instance in our history that one can recall that was harmful to us as a society and as a nation was initiated thru the auspices of government officials, without a legal enforcement arm to keep them honest, because they controlled that arm making justice in America a world wide joke. (Politicians)

The Congress of the United States of America was delegated the authority to make laws not to govern, the president was to govern the federal governments responsibilities’ not make laws, but within the laws, and the judiciary was to keep them in line with the laws and the Constitution, the basic laws. The following bureaucracy was to act as servants to those same ends.

True justice for the people in America will never prevail if all power of enforcement is in the hands of the human nature of elected officials.

Fidelity

If you are an American citizen by birth or naturalized, you have an obligation of fidelity to the Constitution, the country that it represents, to the founders and every man and women that has sacrificed for it in our history. It is not a matter of individual choice! You are free to disagree with many things in America, but you cannot disagree and or appose this obligation of fidelity and remain among the faithful without incurring our righteous wrath.

If you deny you’re obligations, that is infidelity which makes you and infidel. As an infidel you are not an American or a patriot you are like a weed in America’s garden, and when the weeds get out of control you will be pulled out by your roots and left to dry up in the sunshine of our liberty.

Today in America we have been over crowded with infidel weeds that are threatening to choke out the very fruit of our liberties and it is incumbent on all patriots to get to work weeding, starting with the weeds in our government before we have to burn and lay waste to our own crops in order to replenish the land.

It’s not like we haven’t had to do this before and it’s the least desirable and most terrible resolve we can draw when our own demise as a nation is at stake, but let the infidel’s know now that unless they have a metamorphosis there are no limits we will not go to sustain our fidelity to America.

Mole Hills into Mountains

Molehills into mountains; that phrase reflects the primary pettiness of American society today. We don’t listen to each other anymore, we listen for molehills that we can make into mountains and gulfs between us, much of it imaginative conjured up from the depths of our own depravity, like we actually think we know what someone else is really thinking. We then use that as the molehill to create the mountain.

Could it be that this is because we are so phony that we see everyone else as a refection of ourselves, as it refers to our own ulterior motives in everything we say and do? If a man gives a compliment does that mean he has some ulterior motive behind it? If a man says he apposes illegal immigration does that automatically mean he dislikes the ethnicity of the immigrant? If a man uses the word black in regards to another person is that just stating a fact or expressing some prejudice? Is not white, black, yellow or brown part of the visual profile that all humans share and recognize?

America

was not founded as a black and white society yet over the years is what we have constantly tried to make her. Our purpose from our founding on was to repudiate that world wide separation of people within our society as the opposite from the rest of the world’s cultures. As a nation we expressed our sincerity to accomplish that human goal with the sacrifice of over 600,000 citizens. We were not just fighting the southern states but the intrinsic nature of mankind to physically dominate over his fellow man.

From time immortal mankind has sought to bring individuals into a collective, if not by choice then by force, that is and was the birth of human slavery. It was the stronger subjecting the weaker, might make’s right as it were.

All of this human capacity for power over others was what America was to overcome in the minds and hearts of our forefathers. But this is in our nature and until man can individually rule over his own human nature the capacity to dominate others with a slave master mentality we shall never move forward as a species.

No other place on earth but America is the potential to be enlightened to the truth of the individuality of men/women but we cannot get there through the retrograde of the social collectives and absolutely not through the coercive power of a government collective.

Every American when push comes to shove sees him/herself as an individual first and foremost with associations or connections to others, but will always separate from them if they become possessive with demands from a collective view. This holds true wither it be family, ethnicity, gender or religious beliefs. The only rare exception is nationality.

Over the years from the birth of America as a nation and as it grew and expanded and become so diverse many have lost sight of Americas purpose and history and as their human nature became the guiding influence which causes them not to think of themselves as Americans but revert to all the very things that drove our forefathers to reject, and then create this nation in the first place. Even though a person may reside in America no longer means they are American but retrograde Americans.

It all boils down to a state of mind and we must assimilate those in retrograde status and in a mini-collective state of mind or expel them we cannot coexist and still remain America. Americans are individually but one and the same.

Believe it, Love it, Live it

Defining the modern liberal bent or their general social conduct after 70+ years of analysis and as accurately as possible, leads one ultimately too the animal level of thought or thinking, they function psychologically like mal- adjusted domesticated dogs that bite the hand that feeds and cares for them and would sooner attack their owner than a home intruder. They crap where they live and eat, hump your leg, then piss on it, and act like they are in charge of everyone around them, like an alpha dog. When turned loose on society they pack-up like all pack animals limited in size only by the alpha dog leaders of their packs. Each pack will viciously attack in the most personal and life threatening way, anyone or other pack without remorse, when they find themselves at cross purpose to each other. They will chew off there own leg when caught in a trap too only be destroyed by the rest of the pack due to their physical handicap or perceived weakness. They are firm believers of the coercive social commune by the tyranny of the pack as much so as all the human barbarians’ and savages of history where the “individual” is an expendable commodity of the group or pack.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. Representatives of congress and the senate where specifically to represent their constituency within the limits set by the Constitution not their own political interests within the governmental elite.

The parties that form in the private sector to encourage voters to pick these representatives or another have no official place or authority in the governance of a free people. Their party platforms are not substitutes for the Constitution.

The press although mentioned in the constitution as to be free from government, does not give it an official or legal roll in governance, the same for religions.

The congress has the constitutional authority to set its own rules but that does not include extra constitutional rules such as forming caucuses or cabals that have the right to exclude any other elected member who wishes to participate only equal representation of their constituents is constitutional. Nor should political parties hold any official place of authority within governance, the people don’t elect parties we elect representatives. And gerrymandering of districts based on any thing but geography to achieve some perceived parity is also unconstitutional. Segregation or integration by individual choice is freedom, segregation or integration by law is unconstitutional that’s all gerrymandering does. Every law created that is not in accordance with the Constitution is null and void even if the Supreme Court says otherwise.

All of the above is the truth of the corruption that prevails in the American government today.

Even the people who elect a person to a government position like an avowed Socialist, Marxist, Islamism, Anarchists etc. cannot expect to legally change our Constitution and or laws outside of it and any attempt to do just that is unconstitutional and will result in only one way, Revolution!

The Argument

The problems in American society today when all the rhetoric is synthesized to its core ingredient is nothing more then the proper role of government in the lives of people. This argument was thoroughly debated during our founding by far more intelligent men/women then we find in the debate of today and nothing in the human condition has changed save our technology. All the arguments about energy, the environment, government etc. are just so much social and political distraction from the real issue, which is America’s founding and resultant form of government. So unless someone in today's argument can show something that has change about the human condition in the intervening years what the hell are we arguing about?

It is obvious when researched that in every debate among men there are winners and losers just like in wars and the vanquished among men never or rarely accept defeat especially in the realm of the intellect, generation after generation.

What they do, do is create a mythology that it wasn’t the weakness of their arguments but other factors that they can somehow overcome in their next efforts, even if they have to resort to force taking it out of the realm of human intellect while avoiding the original argument they lost in the past, by distorting the past. They see this effort as academic and presume themselves to be more intelligent via the human ego. This holds to their lack of intelligence in their arguments, when they have to lie and distort the past and ultimately use coercion and force, to bring about what they see as the truth of their arguments, which is precisely why they lost the arguments in the debate many generations ago against more intelligent men/women than themselves.

The strange thing about the truth of fact is once it becomes manifest to the human mind it will always remain the truth in perpetuity. The truth cannot be destroyed or changed, like death once manifest to the human mind even though some may not understand it, it is.

The ignorance and avarice of man may well destroy America in time, but the truths of America will live in the minds of men/women for ever, and our Constitution is the pinnacle of the most intelligent group of men/women this world has ever known.

Knowledge and the understanding that should be attached to it, is where wisdom comes into play, but the ego of man is the destroyer of that wisdom, in particular the ego of celebrity.

All men/women develop an ego which is locked into their subjective personality as they live their lives. The only personal aspect of our beings that can limit and or control the personal ego we all develop, is our objective minds.

The ego of which I speak is both self pride and self deceit to which it denies acknowledgement of either. It is like a spirit that has no form or structure, and can generally only be seen by others in the aggregate of our civil activities, quite often after the fact. It does give off subtle signals but most others miss them in the fog of celebrity until the individual achieves a full blown egotistical presence among society. The ego needs no personal encouragement; it develops to one degree or another, but unjustifiable encouragement of it is detrimental to all of society. Encouragement to achieve should never be pursued through the individual ego, but through the objective reasoning of the mind. Remember that the next time you tell your children they are special, other than to yourself.

No living human bares responsibility for the circumstances of their birth, thus self pride or self deceit has no bearing on their linage, future or ego in the real world of our existence. History is to be learned from as to what should be emulated and what should be rejected in the here and now, absent the influence of ego. Therein is the wisdom of the ages that can provide a better future for all mankind.

The passing of any single man or group of mankind in the grand scheme of time, amounts to either positive or negative glitches overall to be enjoyed or endured by the present, but we should not let our human history get us locked in the cyclic patterns of the rest of the animal life of this world. America has taught us better than that, I would hope.

A lesson mankind has learned and unlearned time and again over its history “man is not a herd animal by instinct that needs a leader”. Human leaders most always mislead those that surrender their individuality to them.

When ever a man follows another it must be because they individually perceive intellectually that it’s the correct course of action, not because of the cult like presence of the leader. Every man/women that lays claim to the mantel of leadership is a false leader of man. Even the most reluctant of mans leaders becomes in time misleaders unintentionally, do to the ego of celebrity which is the bastard of mankind. Every society in the history of man that has succumbed to the ego of celebrity is and always has been a bastard of humanity.

Because man is by his nature a lobo animal, all collectives of man both large and small through the ego of celebrity are creations that inhibit individuality, leading us toward our own destruction.

Because of this envy they will try anything to destroy and bring down, and they should be happy for the successes of others because it presents possibilities to their own pursuits in life while trying to emulate in order to raise themselves to the best of their ability within society and all its established laws of conduct.

When people are envious of others it makes them blind to their own potential and abilities, it is a hurdle that cannot be overcome until envy is set aside it is the heaviest of social burdens that many bear from birth. Our American Constitution established the literal primary Sovereign Authority was “THE PEOPLE” as individuals among all other people. The second Sovereign Authority was of the State among all other states, lastly the federal authority of the Republic sovereign among all other nations of the world, where assuring the States of their territorial integrity and sovereignty and our individual sovereignty was to be its primary mandate.

The federal has no cultural sovereign authority over the states the states have no cultural sovereign authority over the people not specifically surrendered in the Constitution. From the time we as a society lost that understanding and intent we opened, “Pandora’s box” and an insurgency of human nature started a crusade of corruption on the country as a whole. By violating the boundaries of any of our sovereign authorities we destroy the literal text, meaning and intent of our Constitution not only to ourselves but the world, which for two hundred and twenty two years has stood in awe of us as a Nation and as a Sovereign people. No level of American government, not federal, state, city or town holds cultural sovereignty over the people. We are our own sovereigns individually under the Constitution.

The method of despotism historically has been one man/woman rule. Modern men and women do not recognize or realize that despotism doesn’t have to emanate from the single source of a despot like a king, dictator or other such tyrants. Despotism can and does come from groups or committees through human nature and the consensus of their members. This is just as threatening to liberty and the individual sovereignty of citizens as any single despot or tyrant. This is why all collective systems become tyrannical and despotic via the consensus in time of their leaders.

We Americans have been so complacent during all these years of progressive (liberal) infringement on individual sovereignty and the liberties we all enjoyed that we almost suckered for the premise that any and all responsibilities we gave to government are exclusive to government.

They did this as example; if an individual was under attack they claimed exclusive rights of our defense, meaning we had no right to defend ourselves we had to wait and defer to their arrival, and especially no right to harm the assailant in anyway with out the threat of potential prosecution.

The founding fathers constitutionally assigned some limited responsibilities to government some exclusive some not but they never in their wildest dreams thought that if the government failed in its commissions that we the people had to just sit back and take the resultant effect, like illegal immigration. When it comes right down to it, people generally prefer to mind their own personal business in both their private and civil lives so why all the conflict? In America as well as other countries of the world, every community used to have individuals within that could be described only as crazies or busy bodies, and communities used to just scoff at them with out so much as a how de do. The majority couldn’t be bother with their hogwash.

They are people so preoccupied by what other people do, they constitute an inhibitor to growth and development which equals progress in the lives of all concerned, in the most extremeness can cause serious reduction in social and cultural development by distraction from truth and reality, in plain language wastes the limited time we all have in this thing we call life. It was all just a simple matter of mudding up the overall affairs of the human community.

On a individual basis they could be scoffed at and pushed aside with little impact overall, but as more and more free time from the ardors of survival liberated the busybodies from the industries of progress they found the powers of the collective or group would give them more impact to interfere in the lives of others, like as a pastime which overtime could actually grow into a vocation of sorts where they could convince others of their defiling hogwash.

This is what built the environmental movement it has nothing to do with our environment it’s all about interfering with the lives of others like the busybodies of yesteryear using collective powers of intimidation.

Most busybodies have a hugely exaggerated self ego of superiority, which explains how or why they think man can control nature intentionally or by accident. Nature herself creates or causes more catastrophes as mankind sees them, in single events than mankind has been able to cause in his entire existence.

Look at oil deposits and other gas or mineral deposits that are dangerous to man but to the overall world are natural. Yet if the world by its own nature caused an oil deposit to open up in an unrestricted way would man declare it a dooms day event for the whole world or just the people in a specific location. In that sense every dangerous mineral deposit in the world is a dooms day bomb, just waiting for nature or man to destroy all life on earth.

I know that if I were BP and told the world of man that I will accept and will make good for all the damages from my error, and apologized for its occurrence in the first place, and then men turned right around and said; ‘you better damn well fix everything because were going to make you’ I might get feisty right back and change my mind to those ingrate inconsiderate elite snobs.

A forest fire in the process of burning uncontrolled and the men fighting it spend more resources in trying to determine how it started than how to stop it is pure ignorance. On the other hand the men fighting it determine that to stop it they must fight fire with fire by setting a backfire that will deliberately destroy more forest are refuse the authority to do that without an environmental study by men that know nothing about how to stop the fire is also ignorance.

When it comes to the world and nature in particularly mankind cannot find the answers or resolves by accelerated study. We are not smart enough! Example: History portrays Hitler as the bad guy, which he most certainly was, but Neville Chamberlain the so called good guy and others like him bear as much responsibility for the onslaught of WWII as Hitler.

That historical human trends; do not correlate at all to bloodline (ethnicity) but to cultures in every respect, and the same applies to gender. The development over time of isolated cultures was and is the establishment of human behavioral trends and within every culture there are sub-cultures that develop always vying to become predominate absent any relationship to bloodline (ethnicity). Summed up means ethnicity has no trends inherent in the blood aside from some physical conditions and/or appearances’. The old saying you can’t judge a book by its cover still holds true. It is also moronic to have pride in ones bloodline, as apposed to pride in ones previous culture. Just like you can be proud of your mother or father because the fact they were of Italian. Black, Mexican, Irish or German makes no difference they are just mom and dad, perhaps from a particular culture.

People in general prefer the ethnic tack because you can deny association with a culture. We all know that every culture has its good and bad attributes too which we can disclaim the bad by using or reference to ethnic bloodline only. Americans as individuals like others share many of their attributes simply because of the natural nature of mankind. But Americans have over only 230+ years developed an extra attribute that is absent in the breast of others of this world, it is unique and cannot be obtained by others, only Americans!

We Americans ourselves mostly know not what it is or from whence it came and can only recognize it when in a retrospective mode. It usually takes some form of repression on the whole of us in this retrospective mode of thought to trigger or point it out to ourselves. But when made manifest to us as individuals, no power on this earth can control it yet it will remain outside the comprehension of all other nations and peoples. The key of this attribute was turned upon the signatures place on our behalf by the founding fathers on our founding documents and the sum of our lives over generations ingrained permanently and subconsciously into the basic fibers of our beings. We ourselves don’t even know its there, until we feel individually repressed or attacked!

Just like an African, Italian, Mexican, German etc cannot deny their heritage they cannot be honest with themselves and deny they are American. Although they may have pride in their heritage or blood line they would not chose to be anything other than American when push comes to shove.

Nationality on a world wide scale in the past was for all practical purposes defined by the race of the people that inhabited them. Today it is nationhood that defines race more so than bloodline heritage ever did. This defines the influence of America on the whole world more so than any other social and cultural factors. Those who work so feverously to undo this blending of humanity and return the world to ethnic cabals as nations will only engulf humanity in global war of the most individual and personal nature more bloody and wide spread than any human conflict in the history of man and no one will escape it.

The complete fulfillment and or development of a life wither human or wild animal can only be achieved by mutual respect for the individual sovereignty of each life within the boundaries that evolve over time. The more evolved and educated we become the more this simplistic reality eludes us, driving us to revert to the coercive holding of people in the most unnatural conditions, not unlike the keeping or domestication of wild animals. The most appropriate word in the English language that best describes the actions of modern day officials both elected and not elected is Malfeasance of office.

Fiefdom building is what they all do without exception, government officials today no longer express to their constituents’ what they think about anything, they just parrot the opinions of staff. For all intense and purpose they become puppets to those they are supposed to direct, to the point where they personally don’t decide anything, the staff they hire tells them what to think and how to present it. They are public figures only, not governing individuals where celebrity is their only attribute.

Every one of them becomes a victim of their own elective efforts via handlers followed by staff. This explains how people of such great ignorance become speaker of the house or majority leader in the Senate, or even President!

Just in case anyone has any doubt or wonders how they get to where they are, or why under questioning they can never give a straight honest answer. It’s because they must first defer to staff as to what they think or even how to say it. This is also why, when their position goes to their heads and they think they are in charge of their own thoughts and venture outside their handlers control, they consistently put their foot in their own mouths’.

If the American people can not be spoken to off the cuff by our officials those officials are not qualified to hold office plain and simple. If speaking to ones constituents’ off the cuff presents gaffs in speech the spin doctors of media will be rendered impotent, because we the people know simple gaffs verses wrong thought, as well as words put in the mouth by others.

Only those that think the American public is stupid, think we must measure every word so as to conceal what one really thinks. These are the same people that don’t like and or have to parse with nuanced effort the Constitution because it’s written in plain simple English without ambiguities.

Difference in Thought

The working difference between a liberal and a conservative mind

We have all seen at least in movies where the pilot goes through a pre-fly check list. In order to do this, he/she must have thorough prior knowledge of and about each item on his/her list. All this is prerequisite to the actual mechanical experience of flying, because if the machine we are going to fly fails us, then there are the deadly consequences of gravity still looming, making human error as important as the mechanics of the machine itself. We also know that it isn’t the fall that kills us it’s the sudden stop or impact.

In addition we have also learned that some people are physically dexterous enough that with a very minimum of knowledge they can do what is called “flying by the seat of their pants” or play a musical instrument by what we call ear, but although we may be impressed by their skill we do not officially recognize them as pilots or musician.

The liberal mind does just that, it flies by the seat of the pants and no matter how long it does it, it never gathers the necessary knowledge for others to view them as socially or politically qualified, except by other liberal minds.

In my youth I learn enough about auto repair, house painting, electronics, sexuality, music, etc to actually make income from what I knew about them, but no one in their conservative mind would have considered me as a auto mechanic, house painter, electronics tech, sex therapist, musician etc. because I learned how to play it by ear and play it by ear is the educational model of modern American academia.

The thought processes of the mind starts out as amateur or liberal in all things if you get my drift, and many never proceed beyond amateur in their intellectual approach with the exception of their profession, and with that said, I must stipulate in America there is no one capable of being a professional Politician, be cause it would require more flying by the seat of the pants than is acceptable by we the people. A true Conservative thinker will never profess to be fully knowledgeable on any subject he/she is in deficit of.

I for one, do not what to fly with someone who flies by the seat of their pants or just plays it by ear.

To Error is Human

To error is human so the saying goes, but in American society if one is fraught with error in ones behavior and/or thinking they are doomed to the class of the ignorant. This class of people does not conform to any specific demographic set of citizens, but in some they represent the higher social levels and in others the lowest.

Over time the percentages of error ridden ignorance at the highest and lowest levels of each social demographic fluctuate, some of the time to extreme levels of ignorance. When ever this occurs the ego destroys the concept of error and sets that demographic group on a course of cultural self destruction without the concepts of logic or commonsense.

This error ridden ignorance appears most prevalent among those in the compacted environment of towns and cities, the larger and more compacted the higher level of overall ignorance prevails among the populous.

The explosion of this American form of ignorance first manifested itself when America went from farming to manufacturing as people left the farms to compact themselves in towns and cities, the so called industrial revolution. This condition removed individuality from people and the focus became the unnatural social collective which is repulsive to the individual. This is where the social error factor exploded with the resulting social ignorance of individuality.

The more people are treated socially like herd animals the more errors of ignorance they engage in among themselves like a chain reaction it becomes self perpetuating.

There is an old saying, I don’t know its origin “familiarity breeds contempt” it reflects the truth of human nature whereas another old saying “absence makes the heart grow fonder” reflects the same truth of human nature but different aspects of it. The first reflects the intolerance we have for others and the second reflects the power of the imagination.

What that should tell us, is people are not naturally herd animals, when we group-up time will make us contemptuous of one another which of coarse leads us to create animosity and sometimes even expressions of anger and hatred. The larger and more compact American society becomes the more this fact is borne out. This fact applies to Nations as well as individuals, but this is only one side of the coin!

Can humans teach a rabbit not to be a rabbit? Of coarse not it is what it is! Humans are not rabbits, but that is what our human nature would like us to believe, which leads us to the cause of those old sayings.

Human beings have the skill of intellect that should act as a counter balance to our human nature but it cannot do so if we teach our young otherwise, by inferring that we are under the control of our human nature instead of the intellectual capacity we all have. Only those who view life through their mental prowess can counter those old saying.

In America our academia go’s out of its way to teach us that we cannot compel our human nature to be subservient to our intellect. When we teach Saul Alinsky to people we give the notion that people are but animals to be manipulated through their human nature and of coarse all herd animals must have a leader of the pack and old Saul will explain how to be the leader of all the rest of those animals of human nature.

This is what several generations of Americans have been taught, but Saul Alinsky was not the first only the latest to teach his principles. He teaches his pied piper lessons as only the furtherance of progressive thought which originated from Marx, Engles and Lenin.

The missing link between adolescence and adult hood is not physical but psychological and we, that is, societies cannot depend on chance, but the metaphysical skill of the human mind through guidance in the following;

Human Intellectual Development (HID). Thru; The Introverted Capacity of Introspective Assessment (TICIA).

If we leave it to chance roughly 33 % will fully develop HID. If we provide guidance roughly 33 % will not fully develop HID.

Humans physically exist in the Plasma of the physical world, whereas the mind exists in the plasma of the metaphysical world separated by dimensions’ to the individual one existence is unadulterated subjectivity the other like wise objectivity. Both experiences have a shared capacity within the sum total of the metaphysical mind of man. They can be complimentary or contradictory to each other dependant on the varied subjective experiences and conditions during early physical growth and before and during the development of objective knowledge and understanding or (HID).

All subjective knowledge and understanding is accumulated through the physical perceptions of the body which have very limited bandwidths bolstered by the imagination, whereas as the objective mind accumulates knowledge that can expand knowledge and understanding far beyond the limited bandwidths of our physical perceptions and/or the imagination. The imagination does not create understanding it creates presumptions as substitutes.

Human childhood and adolescence creates and accumulates a vast amount of subjective knowledge and presumptions as understanding. All this knowledge does not just disappear when we reach full physical adulthood and much of it acts as an inhibitor to the accumulation of objective knowledge and understanding within the mind.

This is where; The Introverted Capacity of Introspective Assessment (TICIA) must come in, in order to fully apply Human Intellectual Development (HID)

This will adjust and/or transcend the subjective knowledge and presumptive understanding of youth so the mind will work in tandem with the newly developed and associative nature of our minds, by adjusting the contradictions’ within it’s self, between the subjective and the objective.

Just a small example of knowledge and understanding; as a child your eye perceives the color of an object to wit you learn, is referred to as the color red. When you grow-up you may learn the color red is to the eye as a specific frequency of light. Beyond that most people go on throughout life referring to every object they see at that frequency as a red object and will argue with any that say otherwise, for they have no idea of their own objective ignorance because it has been confirmed to their minds by both their subjective youth and likewise shallow objectivity of the adult mind.

This is all well and good if you are dealing with the color of an object for strictly practical purposes’ but if you want to argue the reality or truth of the matter you would have to objectively consider wither the frequency striking you’re eye is Emitted by the object or reflected by the object, which changes the entire idea of the object as red or just reflecting that particular frequency in the light spectrum while absorbing all others.

This example should explain why the reality that one perceives by their subjective mind is not necessarily the objective truth of the matter, and prove or evidence of that truth can only be obtained with objective analysis and/or testing which in some cases are satisfied by just ordinary commonsense which is an harmonic expression of (HID), not what is referred to as a generality, whereas a generality is a expression of the subjective imagination.

In the matter of fallible human judgment the expression “beyond a reasonable doubt” is the standard by which the key word is “reason” within which the subjective imagination has no role to play in the judgments of our fellow man. Circumstantial or antidotal evidence should never be considered as beyond the realm of doubt, it contains no certainty in the objective mind only in the imagination.

The word “conspiracy” has been ostracized in civil society just like the word “communist” and anyone daring to use them or level them will face the wrath of the powers that be, and impugned before discovery, as emanating from the kook fringe of society. This of course only applies to those outside the political correctness that is prevalent.

Both of these words fall under the possible psychology of the imagination or reasoning processes of human thought but have been so positioned by society as only emanating from the imaginary when inferred as not PC.

When a conspiracy is implied, the honest broker of civil discourse needs only to determine if its base stands solidly imaginary or of non-imaginary reasoning before rejecting it. We all imagine that we see or otherwise perceive both words in our civil discourse, but if a thorough vetting through the reasoning process validates them it is a fools errand to discount them out of hand, because they both have significant bearing on everyone in society if valid in there applications.

Communist ideology historically is a self proclaimed conspiracy not separated from conspiracies as a general sinister and criminal activity. Anytime two or more people conspire against others raises the possible specter of wrong or criminal behavior simply by virtue of the secrecy it implies.

Consulting with others is different only in the sense there is no cooperation or coordination of action or inaction agreed too, thus no conspiracy. If otherwise it is criminal, wither obviously harmful to others or not.

On the other hand this work is meant to define the natural truth of mankind this is the; who, what and why we humans in mass fail to develop our uniqueness within the sphere of out own individual existence. Our psychological deadlock first took set when religious feelings and beliefs sold the masses on the idea we are a family, the family of man! Even the non-religious bought into that false premise, which set mankind on the development of civilizations’ based on the collective principal that we are all part of the family and should be brought into the fold.

The modern sense of individuality should turn that idea in the family man once and for all false, based on the development of our technology and the evidence it has produced. We should have picked up on this thru the numerous mounds of evidence over time that denies the truth of that ancient idea.

The developed status of finger printing is just one undeniable indicator of individuality verses identical or family idea. Then came DNA to validate individuality of our entire physical beings. Similarity alone does not indicate family just species and DNA indicates blood line not the civil idea of what a family is, let alone extending that idea to all mankind. But finger printing and DNA are only the most recent evidence we have that we are truly individuals in our own right.

Our psychological development from birth tells us many things that we have discounted in favor of the herd mentality of history. On journalism today; I ask my self the question, “what makes a journalist a journalist” is it some special skill or ability, is it inherent in a individual or learned, and if learned who and what certifies they learned it? When questioned they come together in lock step to destroy their detractors with a blood thirst like every good little Nazi would do, on behalf of the Fuhrer and the fatherland. This does not fit with what I have thought and read over my lifetime was journalism except for the propagandist techniques of Joseph Goebbels fame.

In my youth I thought they were just good spellers and had developed large vocabularies to graduate from journalism schools. But today their spelling doesn’t appear to me, to be so extraordinary, with no more skill in vocabulary, syntax, diction, or many other skills one would attribute to a professional. They simply appear as any other ordinary slob citizen taking advantage of word processors. But overall it appears, they have developed a clique in society based on their graduate degrees, as questionable as they may be which constitutes the loyalty of the cult.

No matter what or how people communicate ideas, events or thoughts, within society, nuanced parsing or independent fabrication destroys the message as reliable or relative, too the listener or reader. Over dramatization doesn’t with or without emphasis enhance a story, or improve it either, it only tends to act as a let down of interest among the people. It is the people that decide the degree of drama that surrounds the issues that arise in society whereas the media and/or journalist only create artificial social drama that has no substance or depth.

Those who are wannabe journalist on the internet and blogs need to stop trying to emulate professional journalist and just say what you know as well as to admit what you don’t know, other wise it’s just so much gossip in the language of journalistic gibberish. Saying something looks like, talks like walks like doesn’t make it like, its all in your own head if that’s the only way you certify anything in the world of social intercourse. They have no way to separate what is, from what was. We have developed through the Educational system a deliberate distortion of our historical intent in our founding as a Nation.

Our parents and our founding fathers emphasized in our youth that lying to others was a cardinal civil wrong, but we failed our children by not making it clear that lying to ones self is worse than lying to others.

When you knowingly tell a lie to others only a potion of them will believe your lies at any particular point in time, but when you lie to yourself over time you become a self infected believer of you’re own lies, and this was with the intentional support of the educational system. If you think 2+2=5 enough, it will become you’re truth even as ignorant as that is.

Just as soon as a generation of young people has fallen into this self deceit, they in turn become the teachers of their own self infected method of self deceit which perpetrates a snowball effect over many more generations to bring our nation to a nation of self deceivers absent any historical accounting of the truth, because we have deceived ourselves of our own history. This is why by the 1960s the common expression in our society; was that there is not actual truth but that truth was individualistic. Any lie you live with is the truth.

The politico’s in office today are believers of the lies, so they are not liars anymore. The only way to reverse this condition is to confront those living in their self-deceit each and every time without fail, but it will take at least a generation in this vain to overcome.

An individual’s faith in a supreme being of human creation is false; if applied coercively as indoctrination in youth or if arrived at by pick and choose based on social peer pressure to establish credibility in the religious community of man.

Faith in a creator drawn individually absent the influence of any established religious organization and its specific belief’s is true religious faith. I say this based on the evidence that is present today; that all religious organizations have and to this day manipulate what parts of religious history they will include or exclude from their specific belief systems or creed. This amounts to the abridging of known religious knowledge to fit the organizations’ consensus of what is important to individually know or not know or what to individually believe or not to believe about history in a religious vain.

All this amounts to, is giving over to others the decisions that in the reality of life can only be drawn by the individual independently, other wise we pick and choose which organization of man we will believe in, as apposed to what we would otherwise independently and individually believe.

Organizations of man are always riff with distortions of the truth as it is able to be known and they decide what the individual needs to know or need not know. In a religious sense, it is complicated further by interpretations and self declared prophets.

Simply stated; individuals do not believe in god or any other creator of man, they believe in what other men have to say about it, when in truth no man/woman has ever known or is able to know the desires or feelings of their own creator, let alone understand it. We know things and we believe things but we can never know or understand what we believe.

Like how does a civilization come to be such? Does it just materialize or does some higher and stronger authority go afield and gather people into a herd and control their every need and want. On the other hand do people gravitate into a civilization based on those things they hold as commonality and or mutual agreements regarding behavior etc? The first scenario is how man originally established all what were called civilizations; the other is how America and only America established its civilization.

Within American civilization all things were mutually agreed to, and no one owed his individual efforts to others with the one exception, that of mutual defense, everything else was self initiated and carried out individually or by grouping from the natural compassionate behavior of the character of each Person. All potential civil matters were clearly defined in Americas Constitutional Pact, where every thing else was left to the individual to follow his/her own conscience or no conscience at all.

To make a long story short civilization as it were in America, is completely different from everywhere else on earth and the individual is not obligated by law only ones conscience beyond the bounds of the Constitution to any other individual. And this American conscience has served America and the entire world very well indeed. But this civilization owes no one for the benefits derived from being part of it. In

Anytime we Americans feel it necessary to point out the ethnicity of anyone it is racist plan and simple. It is of no redeeming value to anyone in our society to point out his ethnicity as though that is what makes him the ignorant racist he is. No he is the sum of the people that influenced him throughout his youth into adulthood of which most where not of his same ethnicity. But with the current trends about diversity which is used to promote racism, if whither he is a successful president or not it will be attributed to ethnicity regardless the outcome.

The credit for accomplishments that influenced America’s growth and development has never been hidden, it has always been accessible to everyone that may have had enough interest to discover it, unlike other nations and communities that distort, hide or expunge certain events or people from their own history. It is said that the female of the species is the caretaker of morality. It has nothing to do with the life or death of the incubators in modern medicine, but everything to do with the life or death of an incubating human life.

Of nature or god’s nature if you prefer; it is the reality that the female is the incubator of human life, which assigns this responsibility wither the individuals like it or not. To abdicate this natural responsibility by destroying the natural result in the act of breeding is a denial of reality and human life itself, all for the pleasure derived from promiscuity or treating the human body as a plaything or toy that has no other purpose in life but amusement.

All of this tends only to exalt our ignorance of purpose, and demeans the character. In the same way we use various drugs for recreation, it is destructive of and to humanity without any redeeming value just self indulgent amusement.

The natural right to life is unassailable as proclaimed in our nation’s Declaration of Independence and for our modern day government to not only fail to protect it, but allow or support others to defile it, is abhorrent beyond belief without any consideration of any religious belief beyond nature itself.

The mental skill of transposing reality in time is the only true pathway (equation) to historical understanding, it is the skill of not having to have been there physically at some point in time yet acquires intellectual understanding as though you are/were there. (Present/imagination) = (history*reality)/truth

Modern men/women think of this as being in someone else’s shoes, but in reality that’s where they get it wrong, we can intellectually place our minds in someone else’s time frame not in their persons. Otherwise they mean that in an imaginative sense, whereas the imagination functions only in the present. We cannot take the present into the past; we must transpose the equation and place the mind in the past while maintaining the balance on the other side with the present.

You place you’re mind on a wagon train many years ago, the wagon train comes under attack by savages, out numbering those on the train 10 maybe 20 to one, if you so much as think how helpful an USI would be, you’re mind would still be in the present while mentally distorting the experiences of past. All your thoughts must be in and around that time and place if you ever want to understand the past, free as it were of comparative thought.

Imaginative scenarios excluded, leave that to the movies and writers and the ridiculous dramatic license they take.

The past is not the present or fiction, but reality, unless we imagine it other wise, which is the modern trend of historians. You or I cannot play the imaginative game regarding the past, on a “what if” basis, the dynamic variables of human life are far beyond the comprehensive abilities of the human mind. We who live today are the product of the past we cannot change the past in order to change the present, but we can change the future only if we truly understand the past. We cannot understand the past while mentally locked in the present.

Regarding the past, it wasn’t that far back in time when all men thought; the earth was flat and all things that go up must come down, or blood letting was beneficial, nor did mankind understand that black men were not animals, but humans as capable as any others, they thought they only needed to be domesticated like other beast of the field. All of this was history not to be chided by those of the present, but understood as much so as we try to understand the mental development of our children. We don’t blame or punish children for their ignorance of life and society because we understand. So it should be regarding the adolescents of mankind overall keeping in mind that we all do not mature at the same time and some of us never do.

Democracy is an old myth from our ideological youth; it is non-existent on a worldly scale and is a historically failed ideology. So why do so many officials from around the globe continue the hype of favoring democracy when none believe or practice it, and especially in America? Democracy is pure majority rules or consensus, mob rule if you will, which is where tyrants, despots and slavery originate from, all the rules and laws depend on the passions of the moment in time, of a majority or an anointed one.

It is a false perception by the elite’s of society that with the use of today’s internet and mass media connections to each individual they can more readily manipulate and control the masses, with their propaganda, compared to the old and sluggish forms media. Thus it is imperative that each person they reach is convinced that they individually have the power to control events on an equal basis, but of coarse they will only act as a conduit for them to be in charge of national, world conditions and events.

This is always dependant on the individual agreeing with what ever they propose, if not, you become an obstacle to be dealt with proving that you, or what you think, is really not of concern to them. You and yours are not in charge of anything and they are in charge of everything including you. They constitute legality and you are illegal if you appose them.

This is what constitutes democracy in the modern world and in particular America. Don’t use the word if you don’t understand it in a real world sense!

America is a Republic a nation of laws, not men, and those original laws stand in perpetuity irrespective of the passion of the masses at any point in time. The laws are not living laws to be change by the whims of the many or the few over time, and our needs not our wants are all that the masses can influence by addition not usurpation to our laws. The Grim Reaper

Very little of what I write could be said to be truly original of myself, but truly and effectually inspired by my forefathers and the founders of our great Nation and its culture, by melding the diversity of mankind of the entire world into one culture, separate and apart from all its individual constituent parts.

The closer we adhere to our founding documents the greater the civilized leaps achieved, and the more enlightened all mankind becomes, the further we drift from our founding the closer we get to the savagery of mans history, thus making the point to all that ‘Sovereign Individual Liberty’ is not a static condition among men and requires constant vigilance or it will decay into the dust of history. It is like a precious jewel that we must not lose into bowels of the earth never to be found again.

These ill winds of change that recycle’s men/women through their human nature is the grim reaper of liberty, which drags mankind into the monotonous repetitions of his animal self, even from the heights’ of human enlightenment.

These ill winds of change are stronger than the biggest hurricane and wreck more destruction than the feeble Mindedness of human nature can comprehend.

Mankind is not, in a natural state a herd animal, but a family one, but will pack-up for common security reasons, to then separate in absence of the need. The more man has flourished over time, he went against his natural inclinations and formed into herds, which can only be controlled by brute force of one or several elites. These are referred to as the collective societies. All individual human liberties are dictated by the elites and can be taken away or granted, arbitrarily by their whims. The afore mention ill winds of change build up until they are like a hurricane to a society and the individuals within bear the brunt, only to recycle the past society with a different set of elites.

According to the so called experts you can’t put a round peg in a square hole, “whoa”, that’s the most narrow minded perception ever conjured up by man, yet many buy into it’s simple minded mode in life. That statement is only true if all things are equal. The proper why to express that self evident truth is; “all things being equal you can’t put a round peg in a square hole”. As it stands we cannot truncate the expression while retaining the same truth of fact understanding, or if you prefer real world scenario. By truncating any truth of fact we change the truth into a falsehood, there is no short pathway to human understanding.

When all is said and done this is the way of our human nature and only when we rise above our human nature can we truly understand ourselves, or the nature of our worldly existence. All true facts in life can be verified by the inverse or reciprocal, whereas the diversity of human perceptions is damned. It looks like, feels like, appears like, sounds like etc have zero conclusive evidence to back them up or verify them, therefore they are not truths but indicators in the search of truth. No consensus among man is evidence of fact or truth, unless you are a flat earthier or just plain ignorant.

The experiences of man in history are what was or happened, not what is or happening unless we make it so by repetition, by failing to rise above our human nature, through nuances or parsing and self deceit.

America as a nation was designed by our forefathers as a round hole within which many differing sizes of square pegs may fit. But like all things created by man there are many pegs, that will not fit without force and destroying the circumference and/or America. The choices are verifiable obvious, we either reject what doesn’t fit or accept destruction of the most unique circle of mankind ever to exist in the entire known history of the world.

What the Hell Just Happened

Many today are asking how we got to this point of governmental abuse of power and their interference and manipulation in the social and civil affairs of Americans’.

In order to make a long dragged out story short, I can sum it up with this; Americans ignored over decades the first principal their school teachers tried to impress on their adolescent minds, “pay attention during class”. Do not allow others to distract you, or engage in daydreaming, or allow you’re mind to otherwise wander.

We fell into this habit of not paying attention in elementary school and then carried this habit into adulthood and the classroom of society. When you’re not paying attention; you have no cause or reason to ask “why and what’s’ the reason” for any social proposition presented, or to be imposed on the whole of us, let alone the individual impact of them. If something doesn’t have direct impact on you, even if it affects many others you don’t care why or in fact support it. The truth is by not determining the why, you leave the door open to others proposing things that will affect you directly, and being as you didn’t care when it was impose on others they won’t object when the burdens fall on you.

Because you don’t like smoking; you allowed government to impose restrictions’ in the form of bans and financial confiscation without question as too the truth of purpose. Just like you bought into the global warming scam or the expenditure of large sums of your money for other nefarious reasons. Removing individual choice and transferring what should by all human rights be made and decided individually, to a central authority is the answer to the “why” you should have been asking.

It will comeback on all, in time, if you do not demand the truthful answer to “Why” and the real motive and truth behind all social manipulation.

The first thing out of the mouths of children and the ignorant is the word “but”. It’s a word used to discount anything and everything that proceeded. I call people like that “But Heads” no matter what is said in conversation with them, it is always but this, but that of maybe but. Always implying the opposite or alternative to what they didn’t listen to in the first place. It’s like they think their opposites or alternatives were never considered in the first instance and only acts to change the subject at hand, like a steering mechanism for conversations.

But, oops, forgot myself, anyway I’m sure you get the point that but-er’s should but-out of intelligent conversations and just admit they don’t have the foggiest idea, only suppositions. If they want to change the conversation just say so, it’s not that difficult to admit they don’t know anything about a particular subject, leave the fishing expeditions for your next vacation. It wouldn’t kill them to cease accusation or blame fixing in conversation either; we all know it’s Bush’s fault anyway right? Conversations should consist of or about either personalities or the unvarnished issues, never both, at the same time nor what was then or now unless to show relevance or not, to the subject at hand. It doesn’t matter to me if those “but heads” stick it up their Butts giving me the option of referring to them as true “butt Heads”.

The Origins of the Collective

What makes Communism a pariah and/or failed ideology? The answer is religious organizations of all stripes. Many might ask how a connection between the two can exist when we all know communism is a godless ideology.

To understand the connections we must first understand the historical applications used by religious organizations’. Human nature has an innate tendency to develop belief systems, or things to believe in that are outside of our capacity to understand, couple this with man’s unshakable drive to be in control of our surroundings including other people, makes supreme beings or such things a necessity.

The sun, moon, earth or the stars were good for starters, followed by images created from our imaginations. Once a deity is determined by those with the most prowesses among us, it must be impressed or imposed on all, to establish the validity of a belief. The methods’ of imposition are variable and infinite. This is human nature!

The ideology behind communism must replace the deity of creationism for it to take hold, thus it is in a sense a religious conviction or substitute belief system itself, where a single deity is replaced with an aggregate deity that must be believed in, and the leaders are replacements for the priests or preachers of religions. All organized religions are forms of the collective nature of men as much so as communism is a social collective. And both use force and coercion to impose their ideology on the aggregate of humanity.

This is not to be confused with the individual beliefs of people outside the influence of collective organizations, but it is the collective applications that make them both untenable.

The collective, wither you call it Socialism, Theocracy, Communism, Fascism, Democracy, Nazism, etc. are and have always been the primary obstacles to the progress of the internal psychological human condition.

In direct opposition to John Dunne, “everyman is an island” individual and independent an appendage of no other but in the likeness of life.

Every new generation of men and women is only better, smarter or advanced if they first learned the lessons from the past. Just being born into a more technically advanced society doesn’t mean the individual can avoid starting from scratch in obtaining knowledge. This is not a new world, nor the beginning of time for mankind, if you don’t know the truth of how and why you got here; you cannot intelligently direct yourself or others into the future.

Nothing just happens in the lives of men, a wild animal is always a wild animal, the art of domestication does not remove the wildness within the spirit, it only acts as a controlling factor and works to most effective status, when self imposed by each animal. All the pundits say that each generation should want only to leave this world in a way that leaves their posterity better off than they were. Real human progress in societies can not be measured by material and technical advantages; it is only the aggregate psychological condition that demonstrates generational human improvement over time, within any given society.

Time is the limiting factor for each individual to achieve progress in human development in today’s modern world. As time moves forward, history or in other words what came before, becomes more and more relevant to our courses of action today, otherwise we will as humans, indefinitely repeat the mistakes of the past. This forces us to condensed history even more so for each succeeding generation as apposed to the cut and paste methods of today.

The development and access to documented history has become so voluminous the individual can only access it on a specific need basis to supplement the condensed version learn in his/her education. This makes for critical overview by any society at large in order to give the student a balanced yet complete and condensed, honest and true view of our past, leaving specifics and judgmental conclusions to be drawn by each individual as apposed to teachers or society at large.

In today’s societies overall or in general wise men are non-existent, where wisdom has been fragmented among the populace, making singular or even small group conclusions unwise, and thus leaving the human ego the most regressive part of our Nature.

From the very first gathering of people into communities up and through today’s towns and cities, every one of them had town beggars, town drunks, town poor, town cripples etc. With the growth in numbers of people over time, there are many more examples of every extreme of the human condition one can think of.

The weakest argument anyone could use, is to hold up to the general public, examples of these extreme human conditions as though they were/are anything other than extreme anomalies, to solicit help or support like providing causes for the town do-gooders. It is and always has been the method most used by scammers and politicians, by appealing to the emotions rather than commonsense, for those who have no argument of appeal otherwise.

Never put your trust in people who use and/or hold up the anomalies of the human condition as an example to solicit your support and/or help for others to overcome accidents of birth or personal choice as though you or the community at large are responsible for their condition. The last thing an individual should do is accept responsibility for others by being shamed or forced into it. Precedence is not a call to action; it tends to keep humanity traveling in the failed circles of the past. All precedence that is historically positive to the overall community of mankind is the only precedence that matters and the only actions required is to return to it whenever we stray.

The best of a human community always comes forth in times of community crisis without solicitation from others and it is the aggregate that determines what is crisis and what is manufactured crisis. Emotional appeal in real crisis does not benefit, but does make one skeptical of its veracity. The exceptions are children and the ignorant.

All pre-organized plans fall into chaos and disarray during real crisis and it is always the unplanned efforts of community that are most effective, but have to overcome not only the real crisis but the planning experts to boot.

In every modern community of man the biggest obstacles to progress and development they face can be placed at the feet of highly educated expert planners, because the dynamics of human behavior are not within their capacity to understand and or incorporate. And that is the same incompetent ability of all central planning and/or control within societies. The less we humans try to control humans the better off we would all be. That is the basics that the founding fathers of America understood and incorporated in our Constitution, which we modern Americans have discounted as relevant to modern times, but is in truth more relevant than ever.

Everyone that’s politically enlightened readily saw Obama’s true colors and it wasn’t black but red like in a socialist or communism sense, and since his election he has been flying his colors high The large segment of the American electorate that elected him to office speaks loudly as to the number of Americans that lack intellectual enlightenment of history and American history, specifically. That is because America insidiously replaced education w/ propaganda over the last hundred years.

All is not lost yet and won’t be, because outright revolution is the fall back position of true patriots and Americans have never been short of bravery and guts when the chips are down while those who would reduce us, won’t even be able to trust the people that provide the very security that keeps them safe for now. Law enforcement and the military will not answer to a tyrant in the pinch between the people and the government.

Make no mistake, Obama and the democrat leaders, are wannabe tyrants, in the same vain as Stalin and/or Hitler and his brown shirts, the only thing they didn’t have to stop their rise to power was the American people.

The billboard on highway 41 in Wisconsin that says “impeach Obama” is realistic! Yet the current members in congress don’t think they have cause to impeach him, how about treason for starters! The out and out aiding and abetting of Americas enemy’s in the UN and around the world is undeniable evidence.

The very next Congress can prevent the inevitability of revolution, by either cutting of the money supply or impeachment, either way they could reduce him as a relevant power in and of himself.

Even while knowing what’s right or wrong, most will not object out of ignorance of the facts, and will react in a passive way. But when presented with the facts of the case, most will react strongly to the fact they were misled with intent. This is why people in authority wish to control broad dissemination of information or the truth of fact.

Take the word or meaning of franchise; which means one has the authority to grant limited permission to others. This authority is not an aspect of American government, federal or State except in the area of public security and/or safety. The granting of licenses to do business or establish a business is not a franchise authority of American government at any level, outside of the security or safety aspects mentioned. In other words regulation of business outside of public security and safety does not grant government franchise powers over the business it’s self.

All of the proceeding has been put in place to enhance the taxing policies of government making private businesses a tax collector as though all businesses are part of government itself with powers over the liberty of all the people never intended.

The Constitution of the

United States

grants the federal government the right of franchise to the states but not to the people, and only within the limits proscribed therein. Consequential case law cannot in any way alter the Constitution.

We all know these things instinctively yet through passive ignorance, continue to remain in ignorance of these truths of facts!!! When, where, why or how the people do business is not the business of government let alone how much profit or loss we may incur. Threaten my liberty then strenuously object to my objections makes sense right? The most absurd activity of progressives and socialists is incessantly trying to fix things that are not broken, which ultimately breaks them, so they then can say, see it’s broken so we need to fix them. The Active ingredient in their formula is to object to objections of their policies of change, for the sake of change alone.

The word progressive no longer means progress it means encroachment on liberty and individual freedom until all is usurped from historically successful ways and means of American society. Too which I and all true patriots strongly object, so take your progressive objections to my objections of your actions and love it or leave it.

We Americans have always been amenable to improvement of ways and means which constitute progress and change just for the sake of change alone does not assure in any way improvement, without the necessary practical and historical evidence of fact.

we Americans individually concluded that what others did or obtained was no one else’s business as long as it had no direct and or harmful impact on others. Whereas today a huge segment of American society has made an enormous industry of butting into and trying to implement through laws what and how others must conduct their lives both socially and privately. Some how or some where it was decided that those highly educated and thus viewed as experts on how everyone else must live their own lives are our superiors and thus have the right and obligation to coerce and/or force their perceived expertise on all the rest of us.

They accomplished this by lowering the bar from direct harm, to imagined or metaphysical harm or even what they may individually conclude is offensive. These imagined conditions have become the legal standards by which our courts and government impose this ignorance on all the rest of our society.

Ignorance can be obtained individually by the imposed repetition of expert ignorance too the point that ignorance is viewed as intelligence. This is what constitutes an oxymoronic society which is fast becoming the standards by which we Americans live today.

We Americans would do ourselves wonders by simply minding our own business and butting out of each others business. This would return us to what was once called the Sovereignty of each citizen. This is the wall of separation between church and state and the individual that Jefferson was trying to explain in his declarations.

The human rights, civil rights that all Americans in fact all people have is not nor gifted by government or the majority but by our creator and no living man/women or body of same, may grant or deny without violating the Sovereignty of the individual.

Wise Latino Woman?

American society is the first society to actually and actively seek destruction of wisdom. We place all intellectual values on the imaginary, generated by our emotional reactions to life as we find it and call that wisdom. The sum of which is all contained within one Supreme Court Justice who is a self professed “Wise Latino Woman” of which all three words declare loudly her total incompetence and lack of wisdom as a unbiased jurist or seeker of truth and justice. And all those in her support are living proof of government malfeasance.

We Americans used to chastise women that were elevated in position by using their bodies, not anymore, now we just shrug it off as a normal advancement process and is accepted, but we expanded it to include ethnicity, lifestyle, and ignorance or tenure as qualities deserving of elevation as apposed to competence, skill and ability.

Today competence, skill and ability are related only as they apply to gaming our social and governmental systems unrelated to any responsibility or value added to the positions they seek, not only in government but in any and all social or business positions. All those who make note of this reality are considered naive or Pollyanna in thought.

We have for all intense and purpose, substituted the word naivety for wisdom and wisdom is lost to the ages.

Goodness is bad, sincerity is naïve, right is wrong and if anyone is not effective at gaming social and governmental systems are the ignorant, in the eyes of the gaming commission of the elites.

Progressive?; Now who could be against progress, its liken to who can be against the children or safety, it is a word that lends itself well to the con-side of all societies but always comes to loggerheads with them, after long periods of individual suffrages. The word progressive used in every culture, is the reciprocal of progress an inversion of its meaning as a form of subterfuge. Its product is always the opposite of progress for the growth and advancement of the human condition within any society.

In America today the word “intellectual” is the second most used word that acts as a support word for “progressive” as a contributor to the psychological con, and in like fashion is the opposite of intellect. Both words are applied to individuals and/or groups for the same goal of giving societies a false sense of truth and/or reality. They place psychological façades in the mind, which never needs evidence of fact to support them.

The internet is a very good outlet by which people can reach out to a larger and more diverse group of people that would other wise be to difficult for some to communicate with.

When I was a child, we used the telephone to those same ends. That only goes to show the deficit in accumulated generational knowledge and makes us all less intelligent, where each generation has to start from scratch in pursuit of intellectual growth and understanding. People cannot effect or gain knowledge between themselves in the absence of an open mind and unencumbered inquiry. It is called intercourse between people, but only as long as both sides keeps their minds out of the gutter in every respect.

If I or you mention something Obama is doing, Bush is not part of the discussion or vice-versa where comparison of one or the other person has nothing to do with the rightness or wrongness of an issue or point of discussion, choosing personal sides is not intellectual banter it is the demonstrative evidence of the “failure to communicate”.

The word “No” is not a request; it’s an order, or exclamation of ones own ignorance to a question. It also implies a negative as apposed to affirmation, but it never contains possibility, it is absolute.

Humans gain nothing by making noise just for the sake of making noise, and words without context are just that noise. If one cannot draw or extract context from someone else’s writing or speech, one need’s to ask one’s self, is it me or them that is failing to communicate. Assuming via the ego is a false starter.

The original Constitution is unchangeable; by Congress, judicial fiat, Amendment or the people. It either is or is not our foundational law and only “we the people” in aggregate have the rights to repeal it, and reinstitute it for our own benefit by the same precedence as set by our Founding Fathers.

Criminals are the originators and instigators’ of social and civil wrong doing, and it is these same said criminals that are trying to make the public response and push-back as equal an act as that which is perpetrated against them. A response to an act of wrong, no matter the degree is not criminal, it’s called self defense.

How do you make a threat or give a warning of your potentially violent or other wise intents without bearing responsibility for making the threats. Simple, you do it via third party inference, which is the way of the political left all over the globe. That is the source and method of all the environmental gurus. In years gone by they were called demagogues in both religious and civil societies and have beset societies since the days of Christ and before him. Many will make their warning and threats with a broad scope, assuming most will think they individually are outside the scope of them, “not I”! But behind the demagogues are always those who are determined to make things happen to give a kind of reality to the demagoguery; it is to them I present the following;

As an individual sovereign I do not take warnings or threats well, regardless of origin, which I will always ascertain. Once the source is determined, precognitive scenarios’ or strategies’ are developed with every conceivable tactic permanently ingrained for my responses, leaving the reactive or expected response as a surprise to the aggressor.

Once initiated in defense only, I become the aggressor, I will take offensive action and I will not stop, hesitate or back-off until honed in on the source and no quarter will be given.

This is and has been my life long oath, commitment and my answer to any and all who directly or indirectly threaten me and/or mine. It is always better them, than me and/or mine

As a people Americans have become not just politically correct but petty, in that we allow personal offense taken by some to become an attack on freedom of speech which demands others to apologize for what used to be common insult and normal banter among people.

I once had a young boy that took offense when in conversation I referred to him as a boy. He said he didn’t like it when people called him a boy he said he is a man, to which I replied your only 16 how does that make you a man and no longer a boy? He responded by asking me how I determined he was a boy to which I told him, that I referred to him as a boy on purpose in order to establish which he was a boy or a young man and in the process I was correct in calling him a boy. He still didn’t understand, all he could say was, “I don’t get it”.

I told him I was once a boy so I understood his concerns and that my calling him a boy was simple, to get or not to get the reaction from him that I got, he then ask well when will I know I’m no longer a boy and have become a man? Simple you will know you’re a man when the day comes that someone calls you a boy, and you don’t take offense by or even notice they referred to you as such, that’s when you start to become a man. I probably should let it be known the boy was infatuated with my daughter that’s why I was curious as to his maturity.

The idea that people say things that you should be offended by in the normal banter between people only shows you have not grow into maturity or they are trying to prove that fact to themselves.

Like if I call you a fatty, if it’s true it is just me being socially rude and that makes me less for pointing out the obvious. If I call you fatty and it’s not true but I want to see how you view yourself, it requires nothing from you in response unless it bothers you so maybe you have a self image problem, but again it is not the most civil way to deal with others, but doesn’t rise to the level of righteous indignation. Get over it. Learn to understand that one should always consider the source and never let them get to you by responding to their insensitivity or discriminatory prejudices the shame will always fall on them unless you react, then you’re both at fault for what ever controversy follows. When a person graduates or obtains a specific social or political standing, does it matter how they achieved that standing among the populace? The answer to this question is yes, if you are a person of character you believe in standards for achievement, and no if you are a scoundrel that cheats, and believe that gaming any and all systems and standards is achievement!

Any person that uses this kind of commonsense knows that among all people in society, that we will always have some achievers’ and some scoundrels’. The achievers’ know and understand their own honesty, and the scoundrel knows and understands their own dishonesty. The primary question that each and every American today needs to ask is, what are the proportions or percentages of one or the other that are in our society, and what does that say about our society overall? From an emotional point of view I am defining here, the difference between individual pride and shame where the scoundrels’ among us actually feel no shame, and in fact take pride in their cheating and gaming of the honest Americans and we all pretend their false pride is legitimate.

Aside from those who by their human nature are natural scoundrels, and usually only represent one third of society it is American academia, that is the purveyor of cheating and gaming our social and political systems, and with its best effort over many years has created individuals that would not naturally be scoundrels, to function that way in the name of achievement, too such an extent that we currently are suffering as a society at approximately fifty percent or more. This academic effort has currently corrupted almost every standard and system, political, legal, educational, financial, families, science, medical and our entire government.

A façade is a lie made to look good on the surface with nothing of substance behind it, only the structure that holds up the facade to the unthinking mind.

The overwhelming number of ignorant and stupid people; exist in emotional fantasies and the tranquility of the aspects and appendages of wealth. In America this condition of life applies to even the poorest of our poor where wealth is seen as asset or money rich, as apposed to the richness of our living conditions. This may also be described as the difference between “want and need” which Americans in general can no longer decipher the difference between.

The way we see our individual lives ourselves, is by comparison with one another, where if someone else lives in a more luxurious condition, that’s what makes us poorer and thus from a emotional point of view is seen as unfair or unjust. We are emotionally blinded to the dynamics of individual effort and personal industry that creates the disparities between us. These emotional views come from jealousy, envy and avarice which reduce us to the mental status of all the lower animals of this world. The emotion of self misery, does not improve by making others just as self righteous, or in other words “misery does not enjoy company”.

In terms of negotiating with an enemy only a fool would take any response to their actions off the table. It only remains to ascertain what an enemy is. To top it off our government has in numerous occasions presently made it clear they will and intend to use violence against the people to force our capitulation to their will. This is tyranny plain and simple for all to see.

All that is left is to be honest and above board with these same said tyrants, and openly declare the ultimate response in our negotiations with them, so there may be no mistaking our position as we the people. And that is we will respond to their tyranny in like fashion as did our forefathers to the abuses of government. Should we do anything less? Are we anything less in our love of liberty? The righteousness and goodness of the American people is in its ascendancy!

Just like the tea parties cropped-up without a central organization is how the people will respond in violence, not organized in a fashion that organized forces can defend against. Armed forces under the control of government will not be able to identify or stop them and will be at their mercy. When ever America has allowed any organizational form to become large and powerful the only successful way to destroy the corruption that follows them, is to break them up into smaller independent parts, it works! Not to then join them with the rest of the corrupt authorities of the world. When ever power and authority is centralized it becomes corrupt and the individuals within become slaves to it. This is an undeniable historical fact that Europe has not made note of and most likely won’t catch on too, until the European Union falls apart, maybe?

We have become ignorant of how and why we have become as successful as a nation and we need to bring our common sense to bear, not by pulling in the reins on growth but on the size of our parts. (Our heads get to big.)

If this be true of your views, you are nothing more as a living being than any other of the lower animals that inhabit the world completely devoid of intelligent merit.

The federal government cannot grant or make them up or take them away without resorting to tyrannical means, which is about as un-American as anyone can get, akin to treason.

The federal government and many state governments have for over 150+ years attempted to test the removal and granting of individual and state rights and we the people lose rights every time.

It all started with the emphasis on democracy that allowed for slavery, and just look at how much blood and wealth the people had to pay to bring that to a halt. Next came states rights via the 17th amendment, and then came prohibition, followed by special women’s rights, civil rights, handicap rights non-smokers rights and many more. There have always been individuals in society that have what is called “the gift of gab” of which, few speak with comprehension of which they speak. They just string words together, which is in like form, the source of rap music. In no way does the gift of gab offer the value of comprehension to human intercourse or discourse. It all amounts too just a muddle of words quite absent of even the commonsense that is no longer common among many Americans.

Those with the gift of gab are not all ignorant, so how can someone discriminate between those who are ignorant and those who just lack communication skills. Limited vocabulary by the use of, the repetition of certain words or phrases, the use of slang, dirty or offensive words repeatedly, self or affiliate aggrandizement is likely ignorance. Insufficient details that cause the listener too many questions of clarification, speaking with poor diction, to fast-slow, no pause for effect in delivery may be lack of communication skills.

There is an old adage that children should be seen not heard. The reasoning behind that old adage is; you don’t make noise just for the sake of making noise which is generally the way of children.

In today’s America the making of noise just for its own sake, has become and considered to be an art form, developed and practiced in a professional manner by; all politicians, most legal eagles, most bureaucrats’, the arrogant elite and all those with a socialist bent. And American academia specializes in the teaching of this same said art form. It’s better known as the dumbing-down of America, which gives question as to purpose.

Every American today is either an outlaw or a facsimile meaning pseudo American. By outlaw I do not mean a criminal but has been placed outside the laws, by making the laws un-American. The slavery of old America was not much different on the plantations in the south then, than it is today within the city limits of most American cities, only it has added the poor and downtrodden overall to the ranks of the black slaves within the conclaves and hovels of the cities as apposed to the plantations of the south.

The southern portion of America was never slave holding, it was the elite classes that owned the slaves and encouraged the lower classes to behave in a racist manner toward blacks (their slaves), which was never the natural inclination of Americans as a whole north or south.

Revisionist history would like us to believe that in 1917 the Russian people had finally had it with rule of a Monarch and revolted on behave of all.

The prevailing term “winning the hearts and minds” means a sales job for success, as apposed to a snow job!

You can win the heart alone by all things of the physical like; providing security, beauty or pleasing to the eye, complimentary behavior and commonality of purpose. The loss of any one may cause a cooling of the affections of the heart and maybe even rejection. This means the heart of the subjective aspects can warm or cool based on any part of what individuals physically perceive. It can be a very tenuous and temporary win.

Winning the minds is harder in the sense that you must create an understanding of individual purpose and value in the minds of others. Once the mind is won over the heart will usually follow and it is non-reversible within any given generation.

America will never win over the minds of the peoples in the Middle East or else where with out creating a thorough understanding of American ideology. Being as we have failed this even among our own, the prospects look very slim indeed. The principles of democracy do not represent but a small bit of American ideology.

A thorough teaching of individual sovereignty and how it encompasses more understanding of American ideology, than any other principle, and carries a much better opportunity to win minds foreign or domestic.

Sarah Palin has already won or captured the hearts of many, but if she plans to have nation political ambition she now needs to explain to Americans about their own individual sovereignty, to win the minds. Her book “Going Rogue’ is/was a good start but needs further and more depth unrelated to her faith and more about American ideology and it’s core dependence on individual sovereignty in her public appearances’.

Ronald Reagan won the hearts and minds of the American people and much of the world, and Sarah Palin has the ability and opportunity also! In like fashion!

Intelligence is mostly contain in the records and history of mans efforts’ too understand quite often by trial and error, it is not contained in the minds of men, but only a summary portion of it.

What makes individual men/women think they know better or can see the mistakes of others, when in reality and the truth, one mans mistake is another mans glory, and hindsight is all the rest of us have. Too the winner goes the spoils.

America was born into despotic socialism and through the insight of a few, struggled for many decades to overcome the crushing burdens it imposes on the individual. We today have the accumulated hindsight of the glory of those few. Even with this documented hindsight many still cannot see the glory but can only see the trial and error that brought our glory as a unique Nation into being.

Despotic and collective socialism has no similar ascension to glory, but in intelligent historical hindsight has only the desperate plight and suffrages’ of the individual’s under their burden, of which many still suffer to this day.

Town hall meetings are and have been for years a joke that’s not funny, and the public needs to call them all to task. This should start with a clarifying what the real purpose of them are traditionally.

The politicians seem to think that town hall meetings are for them to inform their constituency of what they intend to do. They are not supposed to be that historically, they are supposed to be for the citizens to inform them of what they direct for them do to. Politicians’ are not any better informed or knowledgeable of what should be done or what should not be done by them on our behalf, they just think they are pure arrogant egotism on open display.

The arrogance on open display by modern day politicians in America generally is what awakens the ire of all citizens. This ire I speak of rises like a crescendo to its peak, which then manifests anger among the electorate. It will not at this point diminish and fade away but continue to spread throughout the populace until recognition of Constitutional standards are returned to, pacification is no longer a option they have to employ. They cannot undo or rewrite the ignorance of their behavior at this point, even if they do a 180, it’s too late!

The American public is not stupid just adverse to confrontation or gun-shy until they reach the point of anger which is still under self control. If they remain steadfast in their tyrannical arrogance and ignorance they will like all others before them foreign or domestic have to face our wrath and they can only hope that’s it’s a controlled explosion of that wrath.

Washington DC is not a central governing body by any stretch of the legal imagination. In the last hundred years in particular, the office holders at all levels of American government have provided more then enough evidence showing that just gaining any office of authority does not raise the integrity of the individual but lowers the integrity of the office they hold, to a point that the people no longer respect the offices across the board. Once this respect is lost all offices and the agencies that support them come under the status of enemies’ of the people and deserve only the contempt of the people.

All those that support and promote the current corruption and public deceit within America are actively seeking their own cultural demise and must be publicly ostracized and criminally prosecuted for un-American crimes against humanity and the American people in general, before America can right herself as a nation among nations.

This prerequisite may not be desirable but must take place before restoration can occur. And obviously cannot be accomplished via the existing halls of authority with just a hand spanking, and the only power that can do it, is not now or yet fully awakened or aware of itself or the power it possess.

America’s founding fathers took approximately the same amount of time before they acted upon the same type and tyranny. We, or should we be any less in defense of the liberty they bequeathed us. The path is pointed out by our own history; the individual states need to hold a convention outside the federal authority, reestablish our position and grievances’ and openly declare our intentions and follow up with the desolation of federal authority in America and reconstitute it as was done in establish original form. If like the British they try to prevent our activities we must commit our lives, property and our sacred honor against the ruling tyrants of our time.

When it comes to the application of force writher individually or collectively Reagan stated it best with brevity, “we win they lose” everything in between is just so much academics, that means nothing of substance.

This means you don’t knowingly enter into a fight lightly or that you might lose, nor do you ever give up the fight once commenced for any reason, losing a fight was not and is not an American prerogative. Americans never lose a fight and it is to our shame that modern generations of us have given up before total victory. Bluster and bluff is not the traditional American way. There is no such thing for a true American as a good loser.

There is nothing civilized about fighting it is the ultimate breakdown of civilized human behavior and is not more civilized because we had not choice, or if it was optionally chosen, once initiated civil standards are obsolete.

As a nation if limited warfare or violence is the desirable coarse of action we as a nation become second rate and should for the sake of those we throw at our enemies’ as meat for their grinders, should be spared that fate and we should disband our military altogether and put our collective fate in the hands of our enemies’

For the individual there is no such thing as half measures in the implementation of violence and the same thing applies to nations, because it is individuals that face the violence not the authority that puts them in the fray.

To sum it up rules of engagement are civil rules and have no place in violent confrontation when others lives are at risk. No authority has the right to dictate how you win or lose a fight of violence because there are none, you only “win and they lose” that’s it. No questions asked or given. That’s the American way. And Johnny will come marching home again.

The only place in American politics regarding war is yes or no, and no vacillating before during or after allowed that’s the Constitutional way of warfare. I do not like to refer to any of the American people as groups but in this case, because of the overwhelming support given to the democrat party and Obama in particular from the blacks of America, I must make this point.

Anytime one talks about ethnicity, gender or sexual matters or any of the mired of groupings that people or nature place them into, objectivity flees for all that may be a member of the subject at hand and the imagination magnifies and blinds the ability to discuss the subject in a reasoned and/or rational way.

This is due to human natures inability to escape its subjective bondage which in and of itself is defensive of the indefensible. Only a minority of each grouping are intellectually capable of escape from the bondage of the group. This leads all discussion to end up with revisions or distortions of evidence and history in order to maintain civility of the participants’. The loss of the truth is the by product of all such discussions among modern men/women.

This is also what we call the difference between having an opinion and being opinionated where one is intellectually open and the other is fixed or between open mindedness and closed mindedness. Way too many, Americans’ fall into the opinionated category and do not even have a basic understanding where or how they became opinionated on any given subject. it is we the people that are in charge, we the people direct the political course and direction on any given and ordinary day and our representatives are supposed to carry it out on the legal plain of government. Being that no one within any society is all knowing, means that from time to time they have to seek advice. That same said advice must if it is to be sound advice, only come directly from the people not some self appointed expert or advisor that specializes in what the people need or want.

This also means that the tax dollars of the people will not and should not be spent on experts and advisor that most certainly will be advising at cross purposes to the people that elected the office holder because they are really only experts in creating public allusion and confusion and self promotion. Like advertizing sales people, they create the illusion and the perceived desire or need for something in the minds of the people then proceed to provide it as their own product as though it was demanded by the people. Today our representative’s call all these experts and advisors staff, and pay them with our tax dollars.

At every election one political office seeker as a candidate or the other challenges the oppositions’ qualifications. The way the people should determine a candidate’s qualifications in truth should be by determining how many advisors, experts and speech writers they have. The candidate with the least of them on staff is and always has been the better qualified to represent his/her constituents’.

Modern Politicians in America are mostly marionettes’ or hand puppets of the staff, not the other way around, when they speak or act independently of staff their personal ignorance flows forth in nuclear fashion proportionately. They are self delusional if they think the vast majority of the electorate is blind to their ignorance because it is really only indifference or deference that enables them all.

Congress must be made to accommodate office holders minimum office needs, but must also prevented them from creating unconstitutional subset authority to office with experts and advisors on the public dole.

The Constitution was not written in disappearing ink and I can find no authority for Congress including the Senate to create mini-fiefdoms’ under the auspices’ of any office holders, Federal or State. I can also find no authority given to political parties within government. The rules of Congress giving parties special deference based on the numbers holding office is un-Constitutional.

There is only one truth on any given issue there is not nor ever was a democrat or republican truth, all government research efforts on all issues before Congress should be separate and apart from political parties or office holders with all resulting reports available to all. This is how bipartisan government should carry out their jobs on behalf of all citizens not the current ideological in fighting that is destroying our Constitutional Republic by committees, caucus and or staff.

The alternative world has arrived; it didn't just arrive with a big bang and doesn't have a real presence but an imaginative one. This should raise a wake up call and we should soon consider this; if someone or group goes on a violent rampage and destroys the otherwise normal course of human lives the anger and or anguish experienced raises the wrath of the survivors with retribution, if for no other reason than to inhibit those in the future, of repetition.

I don’t wish for this job but I am obligated as a sovereign individual to inform my fellow countrymen of the truth about the lie of believing things, as apposed too knowing and understanding them. Believing things is only a valid way of thought for children, fools and the ignorant. In the absence of knowing and understanding no normally intelligent person should ever promote, support or otherwise take action regarding the unknown as they individually know it to be.

Within American culture we have been and continue to be subjected to lies and or myths many through the auspices of government piled up in so many layers for so many years its not even a feasible effort that can unravel them in order to get the full picture of the purposeful deceit in society we live with day to day.

If you think you're missing out, you probably are, but what you're missing out on or about are most likely right under you nose. You either can’t see it, or you have unrealistic expectations via you're subjective imagination.

Most people who actively seek love never find it, because the love they seek is of the imagination best expressed by the feminine desire for a knight in shining armor, or the male desire for a sex pot that really likes sports. In both cases if you find it, it is a facade and it is not love and will wane in time.

In love; is being desirous of what is best for the other party even if you are not part of what’s best for them. It is not what makes you feel good but what gives them happiness and if that does not feel good to you, you don’t love them. Love does not just happen, it is built but a solid foundation doesn’t hurt.

It is the foundation, that should enable love to be built upon it and the foundation cannot be seen with the naked eye, but with the objective mind only. What ifs; have no ground to stand on let alone a foundation one can build on. True love of anything or anybody does not exist in the imaginative or subjectivity of life.

If you have a true love of country for example justification is a non starter. We cannot justify the past or the present wither good or bad we can only take pride in the good and a determination not to repeat the bad no matter the impulse to do so out of frustration with the ignorant among us. Unless you think humans are infallible.

We all are fallible, that is the weakness of men/women so the only question that should come to mind is the historic fallibility known or the deliberate wrongs committed by ignorance or the evil of human nature that should be the determinate factor overall today.

The difference between Civilian court and a Military court is the presumption of innocence or the presumption of guilt in that order. In civilian court if the state cannot prove guilt the only other option is innocence. In military court the presumption is guilt and the defendant must prove innocence where failing this, leaves the only other option but guilt. I know the legal eagles don’t admit this, but it is the reality throughout history if it were not true there would be no purpose for the military JAG Corp, and it is what Americans have decried about the civil legal systems in other counties since our beginnings. (That is the lack of the presumption of innocence.)

The entire world will see trial by jury in

The Rules of Government

Our American Declaration of Independence acts as a qualifier to our Constitution as much if not more so than its preamble. If added to that all the qualifying definitions and explanations in writing by the very men who created, adopted and were in the affirmative of both, only the highest degree of ignorance could generate doubt or lack of understanding regarding them and their intentions.

Based on the consistent distortions applied by every following generation of Americans one can only conclude a steady and accelerating decline of the intelligence of our leaders to the point of today’s modern ignorance. But this same said ignorance is not justification for refusal too restoring it to its good and precise condition.

A point to make is; not a single word in our original Declaration of Independence has ever been changed or removed from it, and no authority or justification ever existed to change or usurp any single word of the original Constitution especially by generations of ignorant men/women that were admonished many times over that they were not subject to being changed or usurped by amendment. The original words and intents were to remain in perpetuity for the same reasons that destroys all good and precise works of men, contamination which adulterates the whole.

The Congressional oath; I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God. Every congressman and senator that stood or stands against a proposal or bill that requires the showing of constitutional intent or approval has broken their oath of office. Every bill that comes before congress based on their oaths’ of office requires adherence to the Constitution, it does not require a bill to specifically order them to follow that which they have sworn to do anyway. What it does call for is their removal by congress itself and/or the people that elected them, and should they not be eligible to ever run for office again.

The idea that congress can pass an unconstitutional bill without determining its constitutional authority ahead of passing it, and drop it to the Supreme Court for that determination after the fact, is itself unconstitutional and ignorant.

The Constitution in most instances gives the congress the authority to set its own rules of procedure, but that does not mean they can make rules or procedures that are unconstitutional.

In my life time I have observed when it comes to couples; one or the other always puts forth the public face for both, while the other works behind the scene in support, indifference or cross purpose and great success comes only for those that receive comparable and compatible support. They work in tandem to achieve public support of their mutual purposes, and above all avoid the public impression of deceit, which is the Medias’ every attempt to portray.

Sarah Palin appears to me to be the one woman with a very good mans man behind her, thus has the potential to achieve greatness in her time and

In politics and government it is the refusal to be candid in a down to earth sense, and fear of saying something not PC that the public detests. What the silent majority wants to hear and see is the raw truth not the nuanced truth; they know what it is, but want confirmation from those in the public eye even if it hurts. In plain language call a spade a spade without equivocation or simply for the shock value of it. One does not have to call another ignorant, but can and should call their public actions such. Defeat ignorance at its source in real time that is how you shame them out of it. Pick your fights with the actions of others not the personality of celebrity. The American public already knows who the ignorant ones are; they only want to know if you can see it also. Common sense will always defeat ignorance no matter how brilliant its presentation.

When or at what age did you stop being a student? The undeniable truth of the matter is there is no such time or age. The real question should be; are you self aware of the things you learn or are you consciously unaware or partially so? It is this unawareness that enhances the power and effectiveness of purposeful deceit!

If a particular cultural event or occurrence has no law governing it, simply means no prosecution can be brought, and parsing or twisting a law to make it fit the situation is in effect bastardizing American law and jurisprudence.

Any American Court should in all such cases refuse them standing under our laws thus leaving the prosecutor to appeal to the legislators. Nuanced laws are unconstitutional, and trials like the scopes monkey trial should never have been giving standing by any court in the land in 1925 or any time.

If all nuanced suits where given no standing by American courts, court calendars could be cleared in a matter of months bringing a modicum of sanity back into the American legal system and would put prosecutable justice back in American law by removing the pettiness of modern ignorance.

When a business has only token women or minorities that is only nuanced evidence of discrimination plus neither the Courts or government have Constitutional authority to regulate civil discrimination. Discrimination is a cultural and moral matter and law is not, nor ever was intended to interfere or inject itself into such social or cultural problems of our society. By doing so we started the downward path to socialism, and the parsing twisting and nuanced bastardizing of our entire nation, and the destruction of freedom and liberty for all.

Guilt By Association

Within American law it is stipulated if you are the getaway driver and never where directly engaged in the actual acts of the crime you are just as guilty as the person or persons that committed it, and subject to the same penalties. In plain language you were nothing more than a direct enabler to the crime and could be charged with capitol murder. Some have even been executed when they were not personally in the immediate vicinity. Enablers knowingly involved are subject to the application of equal quilt.

If we are to be equally true and faithful to these laws, the quilt should fall on the organized religion of Islam for the murders committed on the army post of Fort Hood Texas. Because it enables and supports the killer or killers and in its extremes even supplies them with money, weapons’, technique and/or moral or should I say immoral support. They cannot claim any deniability because they preach and teach all the above to their followers.

To say the least Islam is more a socially political ideology with a religious tinge and claims Islamic law is above the political laws of any nation on earth, this fact alone should remove them as a recognized religion worldwide while none of their membership should be allowed to hold any political office or position of authority in America unless they publicly denounce this claim of legal superiority over our laws, which in and of itself would be an open defiance and violation of their oaths of office.

“Islamic law” is an oxymoron! Particularly in America; where religious organizations have no authority in law period.

This same statement also applies to any socially political ideology not directly in tandem with our constitution which is the only political ideology of America as a nation may embrace, irrespective of what an individual may ascribe to.

Islam is not so much a religious faith as it is political mind control as a system of governance. Does that ring a bell in the history of others including Christian Religions? Well it should!

has historically shown the world, that for religion any religion to have a beneficial affect overall too any society it must be restrained by government, not part of it. Islam is just historically the latest religious impediment to human advancement and achievement and will always be contained only by blood, with the latent intelligence of the human mind, to lift man out of the darkness of his/her own human nature.

The sinister and most evil man commits, is generated by the emotional aspects of human nature, and it is the same emotional aspects that facilitates the religious faiths of all religions including atheism and devil worship.

All mankind is by nature born into an emotional world of mentality and it is ingrained in our physical beings. Maturity in humans can only come about by intellectual development, while simultaneously governing and limiting with full control of over the emotional, by the objective intellectual aspects of our mental existence.

Our human emotions through our physical perceptions are in full time; “deceitful and/or liars” the eyes, the ears, the touch, the smell, the taste, all have a limited and narrow bandwidth to communicate with the mind. Because of this limited and distorted communication, the mind needs the interpreter we call the imagination, to fill in and enhance it, which from this subjective view is a fantasy world of human existence.

Only the objective core of the mind has the capacity to identify fantasy from undeniable truths in our lives and only when it is in sovereign control of the entire intellectual realm of any given individual person.

All the varying cultures of the world project in varying degrees this fore mentioned condition which I call varying degrees of individual intellectual human maturity also objectively viewed as personal sovereignty. When coupled with social and or civil sovereignty represents the acme of human growth and achievement.

American society started out in this enlightened state but has degraded over time and is continuing toward the blackness of human history with only a hint of resolve in sight through the individual and civil sovereignty that has lain dormant in American society for over hundred fifty years.

The only truly and righteous actions of individual men and women within society are defensive, and should bear no accountability to any other. And none exist in the nuanced or metaphysical but only in the physical existence we endure. This is the natural condition of humans since the dawn of time.

All other peculiarities of humans that fall into the offensive nature of men and women, including the nuanced and metaphysical should demand social and civil controls to be implemented. This is the only true security that society can and must provide for each individual with no qualifiers linked to them.

It is these principals that our original American Constitution w/ the first ten amendments provides. Each and every violation of those standards represents our decay as a society.

I would challenge anyone to justify any law or social rule instigated by government from top to bottom that adheres to those standards that have been created in my life time. I’m sure there must be some but I know not of them.

What I do know of, are all offensive to the individual with their base solidly anchored in the nuanced and metaphysical nature of men and women, and government has failed in its responsibility to the individual from our founding as a Nation of states and individuals.

Our founding fathers stood for and promoted love of and commitment to the Constitution of the United States while at the same time distrust and fear of the men and women entrusted to its application. Our modern model of which, stands in open contradiction to its entirety and is in crescendo nearing the finale with no curtain call in the wings.

The ignorance of Marx and or Marxism is finally penetrating, making the brilliance and intelligence of our founding to stir in the breast of patriots. The scavengers of world renown are swirling over head looking for death but when they swoop in for the feast, they will be met by the free and the brave as never before imagined, and they will reclaim the scraps and start all over again.

Obama thinks and says the constitution is an impediment to governing, but after his and the democrat parties wings are clipped and they are caged in our history, the restrictions he thinks he sees will be miniscule in comparison to our restoration and re-founding of all we were, and intend to be. Americas Constitution is the most unique in the entire world, and the main reason is that change to the original design was not allowed. All change that has occurred was and still is unconstitutional and adulterations of that sacred document.

The ideological bastards of America have the right in America to be such, until they actively attempt to implement their ideology into our unique form of government, at which time they become our blood enemies’ and we should kick them out or put them down giving no quarter to those who would reduce us under their ideological commune.

We are sovereign citizens just like our forefathers and will not tolerate the ignorance of socialism in any form or design. The more they cry about their social standing or conditions the more they will garner our contempt of them and strengthen our resole to remain free of their tyranny over the individual. Before we allow them to completely destroy the best humanity has ever produced we should strip them of citizenship and deport them to countries that match their ideology that should make them happier and fill all the voids in their pitiful lives. It would be for them a home away from home that suits their ignorance. The only problem with this idea is no other country would take them either, so we are left with ignoring them or in your face abolition of them.

Every American needs too ask this question; when you are threatened or attacked by any other s what are your responsibilities, if any against the perpetrators and/or aggressors? Or, has this already been answered for you by others? If you answer in the affirmative to the latter, you are not a real American, but in name only, and most likely have been subjected too and awash in socialist propaganda since your youth. Thus I will endeavor to enlighten you as to basic individual American principles regarding this subject, that all true Americans understand too their core.

1. The first and primary; is individual sovereignty, compatible and in tandem w/ the Constitution.

2. Individually ingrained, personal and civil responsibility absent any obligations by law short of national war conditions domestic or foreign.

3. Consistently hold all aggression in abeyance unless defensively unavoidable, at which point give no quarter to the aggressors, accepting no so called legal restrictions.

4. The third applies first to yourself and yours, to your countrymen, your country, and your creator in that order w/ no equivocation.

5. Support and defend the Constitution, know it, and understand it, and accept nothing outside of its domain and/or authority.

6. No man or group of men are your superior, nor holds dominion over you and as an American you have no right to surrender your own individual sovereignty, you were born with it and you must die with it.

Animals are not dumb, stupid, or idiots what they are, is ignorant. They dwell in the world of pure subjectivity which is the sum of physical perceptions and the imagination. The one thing they are incapable of is, understanding that only the human animal is capable of acquiring.
Just like our Constitution does not provide anything except opportunity for the individual, so it is for humans we have the opportunity to acquire understanding we are not born with it, nor can it be given, or taught, it can only come by way of conscious effort individually.
The first thing we should learn in the area of understanding is to be able to acknowledge that there are more things we do not understand, than what we do understand. Without the capacity to understand, the animal cannot understand it doesn’t understand. You can see this same lack of understanding in children before they develop any serious understanding of things, but they have the ability, whereas the animals do not.
If you can understand the previous you will also understand that it takes individual effort, and like those who might be given the task of digging a straight two foot deep ditch sixty yards long by hand. Many will give up the effort, do to the effort being outside their animal desires, emotions and /or commitment to the task at hand and frustrated by the effort involved.
Skipping political and social correctness, the proceeding tells us that people without understanding are no more than animals overall. Understanding can only be found in the objectivity of human thought, it cannot be found in the subjectivity of thought, animal or human.
To obtain understanding can only be done through reasoning of the objective and self-evident truths of our existence which reasoning, does not exist in the subjective thoughts of animals or humans.
The animals we have today running and controlling America as a whole, is do to those with understanding, by accepting and tolerating their animal behavior and actions as though it would remain in the animal world and not spill over into their world of understanding.
Tolerance of the ignorant is not an intelligent act, and will not enhance our understanding and at this point in American history intolerance of ignorance is and should be the name of the game.

Racism, bigotry and prejudice in modern day America, all stem from the same source, the collective egotism of Academia. This egocentric core didn’t just happen overnight but has been in effect and growing itself like a cancer in society starting with the creation of the Federal Dept. of Education as the simultaneous accelerants of egos and ignorance as co-partners in social agitation. Academia has always been egocentric, but only became hazardous to our culture when it partnered with a government filled with its own graduate students, mind numb with the egoism of superiority bolstered by the failed ideological mix of Marxism and Fascism.

Intelligent thought is not the province of academia, it cannot be taught or force fed, it is self induced on an individual basis and only loosely connected to accumulated knowledge.

Social/cultural celebrity and its’ associated egos is the standard by which Americans measure intelligence, and that is the most demonstrative indicator of ignorance ever conjured up by elitist social consensus where its home base is a triad made up of, Academia, Politics, and Journalism. They have become like sharks, once they smell blood in the social waters.

The real loser is the truth, which never trickles down to the masses. If the truth is important to any specific American, it can only be found with individual effort and an unbiased mind, absent social qualifiers’. In the search for the truth nothing and no individual, group or demographic can be disregarded or ignored due to social, cultural or ethnic sensibilities of any part. The truth can be twisted, parsed and hidden, but it cannot be denied to those who seek it.

What Obama is, is self evident truth, who he is, is the big lie that demands the exposure of the truth. The American people do not fear what Obama is, but they do fear who he is, and who is, is not American.

Too big to fail”; how easily that expression or phrase flows from the mouths of men/women. It’s like saying that things never end like infinity.

There is a thing called practicality which exists, yet few understand the value of practicality. The life span of each individual human falls within the controlling framework of practicality. But mankind is so arrogant as to believe he can influence human events beyond his or her own life span. That’s why we develop techniques like wills, or Constitutions’ in essence instructing others from our graves. The problem is those among the living will do what they please simple because you or I are no longer here to make them to what we ask or instruct to be done.

This applies everywhere every time in all societies or cultures and it is a fact of human life and death. But humans seem to think that the societies they live in can some how extend their individual influence within it beyond the grave. While this may be mostly true in the short run in time it fades away faster than the men and women who tried to extend there influence in the first place. It’s like how easily we humans forget or knowingly discard the past not only in our individual life time, but in everyone else’s life time also. All of this is what makes “to big to fail” the most ignorant phrase that has in modern American times, ever been uttered and this too will pass.

Every new generation perceives itself and the individuals in it, as superior too every previous generation in every respect, so they become in essence, erasers of historical human knowledge and understanding and in modern times they believe, they are “to big to fail” and this too will pass. But what happens in the long run is a repeat of the individual human suffrages of history that has been erased also from the minds of most.

When you speak of the “Character” of any particular individual what are you talking about, what is it made of, or makes it up, or is the stuff of “Character”?

What it is at its core is, the summary of an individuals overall physiological state that is exposed to the society that surrounds him/her. It cannot be summarized by any particular incident or episode but after maturity it is usually a fixed psychosocial state to the point of predictability in society. It has within in it what we call traits, meaning not for certain but likely.

A socially acceptable character cannot be taught, but is developed by the mind of each person based on both events in individual experiences and the thought processes one has created, independent and free from others. That is why we, “that is society”, cannot effectively teach others what to think, that is only effective when no thought process was developed and the individual is for the most part, a subjective animal that go’s by pure perceptions of their physical being and only reactive in their responses.

They will still develop a character within, but it becomes the tool by which others of socially negative character use against an overall society. “Useful Idiots” was the term used by Lenin, to describe them as his tools to remake Russian society and by his intent the whole world.

The weakness in Lenin’s and Marx and Engels approach is the assumption that in all societies and cultures useful idiots make up the overwhelming majority of men/women they contain, thus can be applied against men/women of real and good social character with physical force. This serves only to demonstrate how little they understood, about the true Character of mankind let alone their own socially corrupt characters’. The historical evidence that the so called useful idiots always represent only about one third of every human culture on earth was not within the scope of their thinking, or understanding.

The real truth of history shows beyond doubt that the majority of mankind are always of good and just social Character, and that America as a nation, has in its history shown it to be true also, with world resounding success.

The last thing mankind needs or wants is fundamental change to the make-up of America or the Character of her peoples and it is not within the province of American government or the elected officials of it, to try to manipulate any more than it was Lenin’s province. The System; complexity Vs Simplicity is the difference between understanding and just knowing about something. This is also the difference between intelligence and ignorance in the realm of mankind.

The Natural World is complex, far beyond the psychological and intellectual capacity of mankind. The natural world or nature is only a subsystem of a system. A system contains subsystems that each have a part to play in the whole system but none could be said or viewed as the system, only a part of it, if a subsystem were to cease to exist it may or may not have consequential effect on the whole system. The existence of a system determines intelligent design. A designer can be singular or plural and no system has ever been known to happen by chance or accident, all have a designer of one or many. In the simplest of terms shit doesn’t just happen.

Mankind has a psychological and intellectual capacity to design systems, while at the same time mankind is a subsystem within an even more complex system not of his capacity to understand. All of what we humans call self awareness has limits that exist, dependent on the understanding and depth of it held psychologically by the individual.

When mankind designs a cultural system within which they may mutually and physically prosper, those designers may be singular or plural the more designers the more complex the system appears or is made manifest to any single individual.

This is the difference between capitalism and collectivism systems of culture and/or society. In collectivism one or a few decide and/or design all human activities within the system. Where in capitalism, all people individually decide and create all the subsystems that make up the whole of it as an aggregate system.

America

as our Nation, was designed originally only to control the extremes of human nature within, not the subsequent aggregate system that emerged. Because the more people that contributed to the whole makes the system as complex as nature itself thus beyond the intellectual capacity of one or a few to understand it. The only thing that capitalism cannot maintain and control is the egos of men/women (human nature); they can only be controlled or maintained by force of law or physical force.

The entire idea and consequent conception of collectivism or socialism is purely the human imagination and its ego playing the part of a supreme designer for all, and the societies of the world.
